    Nope. No overtime pay for me. But in the end, we do get compensated a little bit. The paid time off definitely doesn't even equal the amount of OT we put. However, the downtime in between projects helps with the wind down time as well where we can play games at work and leave early if we wanted.

    I would definitely be a rich man if the game industry paid its developers OT. It would also make us less bitter at times.

    But I must admit, the feeling you have knowing you've completed a project makes you feel good.

      Army, 11B Team Leader (E-5)- Currently on 14 month of deployment. Started in Mosul Aug 05-Aug 06 Then extended to come to Baghdad for 120 days.
