very good question about camera and filming.

I have made no offical comment about it but here is what I have in my bag of tricks.

I will be bringing my 3CCD camera and 2 digital cameras so I will have video and photo available. My bro and perhaps other memebers of the family will be filming and tanking pictures starting Friday till Sunday.

I also know that several other people will be bringing video cameras and whatnot. I will be doing my amsolute best to get ahold of ALL photos/video so that I can compile it onto DVD's for people. Of course I will do my best to make it available to everyoen else but I think what I have in mind is a data DVD with some video and some photos or a movie DVD with a follow up CD of all the good picts.

Ill try and secure one of our laptops with a DVD burner so that those of you who want a little clip can get one real fast at the meet.

We will know more on that as the we close on the dates,

Automagrook- Tell your cousin not to worry about his gun, no one really cares. It doesn't matter what he shoot's, alot of us don't shoot mags:) . And i would be happy to videotape some of it when I run out of paint or take a break, I like making movies.:)

I will bring down my Cannon Gl-1 with steadicam, but I would rather play paintball then film, I would prolly let someone else use it though. I also would be willing to help in the creation of a dvd. Video editing is one of my other hobbies.

Who cares what you shoot. I shoot a cocker and the first AO meet I was designated target by both sides.

AO guys are some of the most kick back "who cares" guys out there. Bring your cousin he'll have fun.

I have two tripods that will be there. My camera took a royal dump at the Pan Am, so it's out of the picture (get it? out of the picture? lol....ok maybe not).

Sarah will likely not play (bum knee), so when she isn't reffing (or maybe while she IS!) she can man anyones camera that wants action pics/vids of themselves. Yeah, she's good with a lens, so you will look like a pro!.....or maybe not

Yes, we'll bring out at least two tanks of Co2 that will be covered by the field fee. We also just bought a fast fill station for HPA(not a tourney type), so fills will be done quicker than we planned for. Remember, fast fills will heat your tanks up, so be double sure they are in Hydro. WE WILL NOT FILL OUT OF DATE TANKS, PERIOD. The date on your tank, is the one that looks like "10-02", sometimes there is a triangular symbol in the middle instead of a dash. The date you see, will expire at the beginning of that month (first number), do not think you have until the 30th or 31st.

BTW, repairs and O-rings will be done at the field. If something is SO broken as to need major parts, we'll race up to Breakout and get it fixed.

Whoever is making shirts, I'll take two XL's please!

ARGH STOP SAYING FILM!!! No one will be filming, you will be SHOOTING video. There is a huge difference between the two and it is one of my pet peeves. Also, i have a lot of experience with video editing and i am in a special productions program at my high school, so i can help edit if needed.

ok im a lil confused with the hydro date. my tank says 10-CL-01. is that out of hydro? i went to this website www.hydrotesters.com and it said that i dont have to retest it until 9/04. can anyone clarify this? thanx

rook- well, the site should have said 10/04. the date on the bottle is when it was made, or last hydroed. add 3 years to that to find the date you need to bydro it by. you are good to go!!

I love it, ive dumped about 4 hoppers of paint screwing around with it. I can bounce pretty close to full auto on hybrid mode. I figure im gonna own the thing for the rest of my natural life> I consider it an early Xmas present to myself.

For the most part im in pure mech mode, usually on the urban/larger fields where i play. But speedball is when its E time. The trigger is kinda peculiar though, ive definately had to walk/scratch/rake it a certain way.
