Yes, that and during machining the fixtures it helps with the other operations for correct orientation so everything ends up in the correct spot.
Plus when setting up fixtures for production it orients the proper XY corner for a quick setup.
Also, marking fixtures lets me know what is scrap an whats not, sometimes it's not apparent with my current organization (or the lack there of) in my small shop. Not all fixtures are as obvious as this one so marking is a must, not all get a logo but get marked one way or another so I know whats what.

Stainless spring cups are completed. Had a setback last week, broke the only end mill I had in stock to machine stainless so it took several days to get a replacement in. I spent that time working out the design on the feedneck. I plan on starting the programing tomorrow for the feedneck.

        Pre-order closes tomorrow evening 7/19/16

The new design is more aesthetically pleasing, but alas, no lever.

The rendering makes it look like you can add your own lever. I think that's the point of the concept but I could be wrong

Could you explain that top screw post? Will it have some sort of brass insert to help with different size hopper necks somehow? Or is it a surprise?

You can't see that in the pictures? (It's the little brass colored piece.)

No surprises, all is revealed in the pictures above, everything except the o-ring under the screw head on the top screw. (It's there you just can't see it.)

Just wondering if there was a reason for it to thread into a brass insert as opposed to just metal like the bottom.
Also thanks for replying, I appreciate it

The design allows the screw to position itself between the two sides without binding or bending.
