Well you and your friend got what you deserved. Plain and simple. I know that If I drive by and see a kid handeling a weapon (all I know in that instance is that it is a REAL Glock) I would call in the cavalry and you'd be kissing the dirt. That was not a smart thing to do.

accualy my dad who is an officer almost shot a guy with a pellet gun because the guy shot at my father with it and it was too dark out to tell if it was real or not and it hit his thumb and grazed it so he couldnt tell if it was a real gun.Originally posted by shartleyComment

You know, I recall bringing cap guns and waterguns in my youth, and even paintball guns occasionally to school without any sort of reaction from the faculty. With the stories of kids being suspended for nail clippers and verbal threats from 7 year olds, maybe we should look to making smaller schools, where everybody knows everybody else well enough to know what kind of behavior needs to be dealt with in what way. Im sure that if all the onlookers involved knew that the kid was an avid airsoft player they would have not felt 'threatened' in the same way as a 'random kid with a gun' would evoke.Quote of the year: "Reading blwos"

yes but the problem with today is its all about the money. so they make idiotic policies on everything and dont bother enforcing them unless someone dies. education is best when its close to individual needs rather than cookie cutter teaching they have today(and i personally hate because i am not challenge at school today at all and its a waste of tax dollars for me to be there but they make me)Comment
