I am one for reliability. therefore no Angels or cockers for me. I will take my RT Pro over any Angel.

I base my opinion on the fact that I am not fond of the feel of the Angel, nor do I like the fact that they are almost as much of a headache as cockers. I have seen them down often. How many mags have i ever seen go down in a tourney?very rare, maybe for a Ptube oring. I know a few guys with various angels, and they all want to dump them. They are tired of buying new boards for them.

Also, need I remind people of the IAO and the angels and angel A.I.R. that Tom got as trades for Emags and Flatlines???

          Emag, Thank You

              Middle man

I would have to say that i am the middle man. Me myself (not putting down an angel) but i like the feel of an emag better. They are both GREAT guns no matter wich way you choose. The nice thing is the emag has the manuel mode when the battery dies opposed to an angel, when the battery dies yer out of luck for the day. Also, like a 2001 stock angel lcd will cost more to get to the same performance as a stock emag (just my opinion). i am also big on the durability and reliability of a mag. Both companies are great! I agree with cliff. check out what angel owners have to say, cuz when u ask here you will get a "prejeduce" reply.

Both kick arse. I like the e-mag because it's a mag and because it has the dual modes...

There is going to a shake up in the industry, when the modular emag comes out with the ACE, The Mag will be un-stop able.

The mag may become un-stopable but it may also become less reliable in the process...

Unstoppable... just about! All they need to do is mill "0 psi" on the side and they'll have pretty much everything covered as for common complaints, mostly unwarranted to begin with.

After playing around with the Emag for a little while, owning two eclipse LED's, and playing with an LCD for a week or so, I have to say that my preference was between the emag and the eclipse LED. The angel seemed to be lighter, but I liked the trigger on the Emag much better. I never had any problems with my eclipses, but I do not own an Emag, so I could not say if it has any problems. The biggest pro of the Emag is simply that you can play in manual mode if/when your battery/electronics go down. With the angel, you have no such option. IMO, the LCD has too many useless features. The dark is just a milled angel, with a good warranty. If you want to get a nice LCD, I would have to suggest that you look into adrenalin or cobra. They may be a bit more, but they do internal mods that the Dark doesnt have.

well 1sy off, your posting in AGD place, yer gonna get votes for e-mag. About the batttery dieing, welllll i don't know what kinda battery AGD uses, but in angels they don't just die, all ya gotta do is just re-charge it every month. Reliability, well i have had my dark for about a year now, sratit shootin it about every weekend, played through rain, floods(or close enough) dust and about every type of playing, and the worst thing that has happened was the batteries in the loader died so i hadta shack my gun to feed. and about the cockers and angels being non-reliable, well they make up almost all the guns being shot, so thye must be okay huh?......

Bah, I've used the E-Mag in heavy rain before, and nothing happened. I think the Angel feels like it has a very aquard trigger too it. I'd much rather use an E-Mag. and who is possibly going to use 26 firing modes, and what possibly could those modes consist of anyway? Any variable shot pattern imaginable I would think, but so what? You cant use anything but regular semi in a tournament, and how many firing modes can you possibly use on your friends until they get sick of it, and stop playing with you? Angels aren't that great of a gun from what I've seen. Go to Warpig, and you will see tons of them trying to be sold as well as cockers, and only about half as many mags. The people at this forum have made a choice as to what company they like, and they chose very wisely in my opinion.
