Dye signs with Smart Parts!!!

You're gonna blame them for trying to keep their company afloat?

I'm sorry, but there are MUCH better ways of keeping a company afloat than signing with Smart Parts. They diddnt need to sign with Smart Parts to 'keep their company afloat'. Look at their line of guns. Do you see anything electric? The only reason they signed is they wanted to make their stupid little matrix. Dye has always been a major, money making company and now, they want even more money so they signed with smart parts so they could make an electric gun. I do not think they care much about the sport of paintball.

Is it Toms fault that the X-Mag is putting food on his table, but he has to bow to SP in order to continue production? You're not helping. Ignorant decisions wont help the matter.

It's a hard line to follow, but sometimes you have to stick up for what you believe in. It's hard when the largest distributor of paintball products signs away with SP, and now to boot a large company of paintball. It's hard not being happy with using your favorite gun because of the bad feeling you get when you think about the company behind it. It's hard getting criticized by people that have different views then you. It's hard having to explain over and over again reasons why you feel what you feel to people that don't know, don't understand your point, or try to blow it out of proportion. But, you know what, I don't care.

You shoot what you want and believe and buy what you want. That is your choice, and boycotting SP and such is my choice.

I don't believe that AGD would side with SP either, because of the ULT and the high demand/low production of X-Mags.

Ignorant comments won't help matters either.

and on a much lighter note, dye was not always a big, wealthy company. it used to be a small apparell company that did enough to get by. then the owner of dye started to go out with the daughter of the owner of jt. well, soon after b.e. bought jt(rememmber how people said this was going to ruin pb to) the owner of dye married the daughter of the guy that owned jt. and as a wedding present, the former owner of jt gave the owner of dye $4 million. suddenly, dye grew to be huge.

So explain to me, what's wrong with the swastica? You want to tell me anything about the swastica you have better be good. I'm half Austrian.. and I more then most ppl on this board hate nazi's but that's exactly where the SP-swastica enters the picture, I hate them just as much. And that's all there is too the story. There are no deeper meanings. I'm not calling SP's nazi's I'm not insinuating they kill millions of jew, or that I encourage that kind of behavior for that matter. I'm just expressing the hate I have for SP in a way that... seemingly even you understand. You know you got ballz coming on here with 5 post and flaming like that.

I haven't reaad all the thread, but i think it's starting to turn into a flame fest. about smart parts, i bought an impulse because it's a good gun, and it was relatively cheap for a good elctro. well what smart parts is doing I think is smart on a business level to get more money, but just really *Poof* to the rest of the paintball community of players and companies. Personally i think we should all stop whinning, and deal with it. something will get worked out, but whatever happens paintball is still gonna be played, people will still buy guns, go to fields, play tourneys, etc. We shouldn't care what companies do to each other, as long as they still supply us with stuff to waste our money on because we love this sport.
