I agree with the moderator. ..I come from GUAM we don't
play woods ball .We play jungle ball and I use my ALLEYCAT
for jungle ball .Tippmans in my 0.02 are good for newbies
I agree with Lawrence TB Wright when he says that the only
comp for auto mags are auto cockers there both great guns
thats why it would be a good idea to stick with cocker threads,"YOU GET THE BEST OF BOTH WORLDS"

Heres a good idea if you want all these so called fetures for your TAC1 WHY don't you call up AGD and tell them what you want from "YOUR" TAC-ONE to fit your feel,style,prefrence...etc.Bottom line is thier makeing the marker, not us .I want a TAC-ONE with the features that AGD has to offer the Pball industry.

PLAIN AND SIMPLE EITHER YOU WANT A TAC ONE WITH THE FEATURES AGD HAS TO GIVE OR YOU DON'T.

    and this is my 0.02

First, the Tac One is probably going to compete with WGP new VF Tactical, it is also aimed at the Scenario/Big Game.

I'm not a connaisseur of the Automag Realm, I've just Become owner of classic 68. But i'm not new to paintball (Since 84).

Just my 0.002 worth, it's got to look and feel like it belong in the mil. Price not important, people spend Hundreds $ just to make a typpi look good.

I'm Pretty sure AGD will take notes of what is said in this forum, nad will put out something worthy of their name.

I see that the Tac-One is aimed at Scenario players, but this is the ultimate speedball gun! it has everything I would get if I was going to play speedball with a mag...its a great gun for all people!

Why would anyone want to take out the X valve. Someone who was choosing between the tac-one and the A5 would say "Why would I buy that one if the RT costs 225 at least, when I can buy one for the A5 for 80."

the x-valve loses most of its abilities if run on co2, so i say that people should be able to choose between normal valve w/ lvl 10 and x-valve. cuz x-valve puts the price up ^ there.

You know ALOT of people has said that the cost of manufacturing the classic valve is the same price or more expensive than the x-valve.

i'm sorry, but i can't believe that. if tom says it, i still don't know if i'd believe it. i mean come on, you can get a whole gun minus a tank and hopper for $265, w/ barrel, bottomline+foregrip, along with a 68 classic. i don't think its possible that it costs $325 to make (when you send them your valve you pay $100 less, and it costs $325 if you buy it without sending in your valve, so there).

pariel, you've gotta be kidding me? Come on! Of course the X-valve is more expensive as a normal valve to BUY, but is cheaper to MAKE. Why is it more expensive to buy? Because it is wanted more as the classic. Faster reload, reactivity, and lightness make it more in demand (not to mention the LvL 10 mod...). Price follows demand. Do you really think it costs SP more to make the new shocker as the old? No. But you can buy a never before used 2k2 shocker for $450 @ paintballgear.com, but a 2k3 costs $600 or $700. Why? The 2k2 is older, and more people want the newer, faster, lighter version. Also, why does it cost more to make the older classic valve as the newer x-valve? Have you ever taken shop class in school? Stainless steel is expensive as nobody's business, and aluminum is slightly cheaper. Not only that, but the x-valve also uses some brass parts. Brass is so freakin' cheap to buy it's not even funny. All in all, there's less than (in my oppinion) $50 wrth of metal in the X-valve.

I didn't bother reading the 10 pages of replies, so this may have already been covered. Why don't they release a non-RT version of this marker for around $300CDN and an RT version for $500-600cdn.

                          rant
I've always been sick of AGD offering their entry level PF mags for $450 CDN. By the time you make it a respectable speedball machine, your looking at over $1000CDN! Kinda sick. Used mags are the only way to go in Canada unless you are made of money... /rant

AGD should make a body for the Emag as well. But bottom line I just want the body made available for now. I play alot of Scenario games and mount my 30mm Ultra Dot sight on my Emax fed by a HaloB/Warpfeed. I would love to be able to use my Aries MK-6500 night vision scope with my mags.
