"VERY bad business with PaintballGateway.com

On 1/21/04 I purchased a 2k3 cocker with Dye boomstick with free 2nd day shipping. Well they charged my card $391.17 asked for a reseve of the funds 20 minutes later charged my card again with the amount of $359.89 (actual sale price). They didnt remove the original reservation of funds $391.17, so since then the bank has seen 2 purchase request from the same company for different amounts. Checks have been going through that account, and I am now overdrawn in my account, but only becuase of the $391.17. Today after a long dealing with bank, we finally got in touch with PaintballGateway.com and they spoke with the bank, they acknowledged they made a mistake, and PaintballGateway.com cleared the bank to remove it so, the bank removed the $391.17, however while that was posted on the account, I accured $210.00 in overdraft fee's, I talked with them a few more times asking for a credit back to my card for $210.00 for the overdraft fees, they decline to reimburse us. The last conversation they told me that how do they know I actually had enough money in there to cover the checks and this is after the Bank sent them information showing the withdrawals and balance, and even told them that it is -$170.01 (after the 391.17 was put back on to the account) becuase of the overdraft fee's that was cuased by the double payment.
Sorry to complain here but they are just not right and Have lost my business and I hope know one else has this happen to them. So IMO if you buy from them check your cards. Thanks for letting me vent.....
