E-Mag Discovered

Now the real way to make it cycle WAY faster is to use a solenoid for the return also. I contacted Solenoid City to get a custom "dual" solenoid that pulled and pushed, but they only do custom solenoids for large orders. A spring might help depending on the mechnical advantage of the sear's solenoid lever.

Double acting pneumatic cylinders, there are 3 way solenoid valves the size paper clips, yank out some of the AA's in the battery pack put in a regulator. 2 wires come out, one for the the 3way noid, and the rest of the excess power to drive a halo. I was gonna do this and was in the middle of aquiring parts when my soon to be brother in law caved in and bought the mess of emag parts for $100.

The next step was to use Lornecashes X-Mod and a an AVR Microcontroller with the same instruction set/backwards compatible and build a smaller board to fit in bigger and better pneumatic parts.

So now I just got my Sieg X2 mill and my precious D-Mag is gonna be a test subject for other things

i liking the idea of more rof from an emag..if someones willing to test the theory out, im sure it could be great..but i lack the skills , tools, and time for a project like that..but ..if that new kp micro morlock ever comes out..we would have plenty of room for extras in the emag..and in the pack..if we could run off a 9v....i think big evil just made a 9v, eletro pnuematic mag..and hes adding eyes and using a predator board..its in the workshop

I'm missing my emag... only I didn't lose it... I sold it. Now I probably won't get a Dmag to replace it.

Glad to hear the happy pills are working. Sometimes even the best (morphine) doesn't work.

BTW, you probably already know this, but it is much easier to prevent pain than to get rid of it. Just another reason to take the regularly.

Ok, the odds of you finding the owner are slim I give you serious credit for trying to return it. How or what chain of events happened that lead this marker into your lap is a mystery (lets guess and make it into a scenario) . Any who if you do have guilty conscience my recommendation is to take it to Shatner '06, tell the story, have Bill Tom or however sign it aswell as yourself (you desrve it) and sell it and give the money to the charity. Legally the marker is yours especially if you wait till september and report it missing with your local PD or where ever you think you were at the time, 30 days and it's yours... Just my $0.02
