Any who if you do have guilty conscience my recommendation is to take it to Shatner '06, tell the story, have Bill Tom or however sign it aswell as yourself (you desrve it) and sell it and give the money to the charity. Legally the marker is yours especially if you wait till september and report it missing with your local PD or where ever you think you were at the time, 30 days and it's yours... Just my $0.02
