They're some of the highest quality guns available. Palmers is also not a very big company > less supply > higher prices.
I'd buy one if I had the money
I've always wanted a blazer... vert feed, 2x trigger with nickel highlights. Drool.

blazers are just super high quality, they're also some of the more compact markers.
And they carry the palmers name. You here plamers you think quality excellence.
(Emag new is in the 900's you know)

They come from what is essentially a semi- custom shop. The workmanship is excellent and they are some of the most reliable mech guns out there. All are assembled in-house in CA.

You are also looking at the prices on some of the custom configurations. They also have sales every so often, I remember a 2 for $400 deal earlier this year.

and just to show the noobs what we are talking about/ torment personman, here's mine:

it also takes a lot of work to esentialy make a cocker that no one can mess up
(un less they have machining experance), or break down from just bad tolerances (some of the older cockers were able to do that but they were still very tinkerable)

the blazer takes all of the good parts of a cocker and all of the durablilty/ lack of teching of the older mags in once sexy package.

also you have to remember you are paying 160 for just the regs and thats if you only have the main line single reged.

I got a blazer from this deal! But it was two for $550 by the way. I split the package with another guy, so that's still only $275 for a brand new centerfeed blazer.

I'm at a loss to say which I like more, autmags, or my blazer. Now I have both, so when my blazer gets back from being repaired (bad detents) , I'll see. I have a feeling that it will be the Blazer, after it being away from me for so long, I'm starting to miss it.

In my experience palmer's has been hit or miss my teamate has a micro-squall(a strokerized PGP) and it wokred beautiful till he sent it to palnmer's to be converted to the squall, it came back all messed up and has never really worked since, and apparently Palmer's won't honor the warrantee cause he had burrs on the bolt(came that way from palmers) that he had sanded down to it would shoot. I may have it wrong but it was something like that.

But someone else I know has a natsy typhoon and it shoots like a dream, if I ever get the money I want a hurricane

i think its one of those things where you have the one out of like 10000 cases that are bad and dont work out, espicaly with custom work there is no way to make everyone happy.

ive used some of palmers stuff and ive had no problems

I'm not going to comment on quality or feel here as most of you would not like my opinions and the POG guys would hang me at next IAO.

Palmers is a niche specialty company with a high perceived market value for their product. Thats why its so expensive.

I had one, and it was awesome. If I get back into playing, I'll get another double-trigger blazer. I'm a sucker for the closed-bolt feel, the gun is small as heck, and it gets a lot of "WTF is that??" stares at most fields.

                              Just to gloat...

These are all Palmer products that I have owned, or currently own. In any case, I've had my hot little hands on all of these.

I've had a few issues with them at one time or another, but I'll put in a vote for Palmer products as being some of the best out there.
