I don't think its actually bronze, it's just underneath a yellow light.

Actually it's really Bronze. It's a 1 of 1 in that configuration. There was one other all Bronze blazer made, but it was with a centerfeed and 15 degree vertical adapter. The finish is unreal. Most people think I've had it plated somehow.

I've only had the honor to shoot a Blazer a couple of times, but I can't even begin to describe the way they shoot. They are that amazing!

...But then, they kill what is best about autocockers for me. With an autococking gun, you are given 100% complete control over the gun. You control how it fires, how it recocks, how it handles, etc. You can control every little aspect of the gun. Literally.

Palmer just made one that you really don't need to mess with to make it shoot great.

(Note: As true as it may be, that was all written in tongue-in-cheek. Just a caution for those who read too deeply )

EDIT: Sgt. Spam (if you stroll the AO forums and read this), you MUST let me play a full game next time we meet! Please?

Well, there's a standing offer to anyone who makes it to the Tampa/ Orlando area to try mine

Also just noticed some used Blazers on PPS's website for $300-325. They were sent in for repairs/ tune-ups and never paid for.

You have to make it to IAO in order to be hung....
I love the Blazer, I ADORE Palmers. They have given me nothing but respect and love in the past 3 1/2 years... You can call and talk to a real person if you have a problem.. On the POG forum the owner will answer any question you have about your gun... Never had a problem with our blazer.. What is not to love about Palmers?

A blazer is great as long as the person holding it knows what they are doing... Case point, teach a 7 year old about short stroking...

I played a local 3 man with a mech blazer. And, even though nearly everyone else in the event was ramping with their high end electros, i didnt feel outgunned at all. I was able to accuratley put paint where i wanted it when i wanted it there. I had a lot of fun playing with it and brought back the first place trophy. Great markers.

                      same with the typhoons
Blazers are very reliable and super high quality markers. I have two: one is a mechanical Blazer, red with vertical stabilizer and clamping feedneck, the other one is an EBlazer with an Eclipse E2 board and an MQ valve, green with nickel trim. The mechanical one is fast, and the EBlazer is even faster. I'm in the process of ordering my first Typhoon.

I had one years ago. It was a lemon. Never worked right, chopped like a Ginsu knife. It spent more time at Palmer's than with me in the year I owned it. It left a bad taste in my mouth for Palmer's for a long time, but wouldn't you know it, I went by the shop a few weeks ago while in Sacramento and decided to get another one. Single trigger, right feed, CO2 goodness...

I have the same chopping problem with mine. Right now it's being worked on.

So I'm curious... was yours ever fixed?

There are Palmers enthusiasts that would kill someone for even thinking bad thoughts about Palmers products.... They even scare me

Conversation between me and a Palmer user before a game:
Me "Hey is that a Typhoon you got there?"
Him "YEAH YOU WANNA MAKE SOMETHING OF IT?"
Me "Uh no sir... just uh... umm admiring it....uh..."
Him "You just take your paintball ruining elelctro and go hang out on PBN"
Me" UH REF.. Im sitting this one out!!"
