I agree. Luke has been working with mag community for awhile. I pm'ed him after seeing his post in this thread once the prototype pictures were up. He mentioned that if you are thinking of cutting your body that it would be best to order it in raw finish. Since it is starting to look like this project is nearing completion you guys might want to think about changing your finishing option.
Once again I would like to mention that I both emailed Tracy & posted in this thread before that I would like everything that I ordered in raw finish. I have not received any reply or noticed any change in the spreadsheet. I hope someone sees this and makes the changes.

That, also, is a great idea. I would like to change my order to raw, except that after having paid for this body, paying for the Venomous Designs Noxious body and grip and snatch, it will be quite sometime before I will be able to afford having Luke mill my 2k9 and then getting it annodized. I think I will just keep my original order, get the body, and use it for a while. After Luke gets everything worked out, and I can afford it, I will send it to him then.
Wow...it's funny how things have turned around. For a while, there didn't seem to be enough great projects going on. Now there are so many, I can't afford them all, yet I don't want to miss out on any of them.

Just for the record, I don't have any "exact" ideas yet on what I want or what can be done, but generally there is extra aluminum that can be removed. I would hate for everyone to make changes to their order and then not have any earth shattering ideas for the body. Just remember that you are giving up a free anno job by going raw.

Its ready for testing once again .

There are some astetic body tweaks i need to do but i think we are good to go in the design department .

I will end up remaking the front blocks as well as the breach blocks due to unseen variables

Im going home now !
