    On/off pin.

The new sear axle pin is basically a chopped off RT sear pin (the MM2k9 body is slightly narrower than a rail) - you can use the one that we build or cut an AGD sear pin to the width of the body...

Sorry about that - I was replying to two posts (one on/off - one sear pin MM2k9) and forgot that you had asked about a MM2000 sear axle...

I have no idea about old school pins your talking about , unless they are the same .

The Asa's should go on the machines early next week and have a mill op after that .
If there is still any confusion on "pins" sear or on/off please let us know.

Other than that Russell should be able to get some new pics up tomorrow...

I think that the front blocks were taking more time than expected - just to make sure that they are perfect. I know that the guys have been working on them all week. Russell should have an updated post sometime tomorrow with all of the details.

Never try to machine 7075 in aluminum 6061 vice jaws :/

Numbers kept moving on us so we basicly are starting over again with steel jaws instead of aluminum .

Then theres the tapping issue with 7075 that we hadnt run into yet but is giving us lots of greif .

Tapping blind holes in the 7075 is breaking taps so now we are going to tap half the hole on the machine and the max depth on a tapping machine .

I will try and post pictures tomorrow or thursday of the front blocks when they are running again .

3 full days waisted while dicking with those front blocks

Ok gang as we finally come to a close on this project I am going to get crazy busy. I personally will be putting together and shipping every order. On top of that within the next few weeks I have a big military contract coming in. It would be in your best interest to make sure you are paid in full soon. I will pull all paid in full orders first and get to the rest when I am done so not to cause myself any confusion and try and avoid any mistakes.
