Do we have any pix or anyone else thats having problems? I got laid off from my job shortly after reciving my gun and haven't been able to complete it but I would like to know if the thoughts of making it out of the higher grade aluminum to not need the steel washer paid off or not.Originally posted by 4rppi had prob 10 cases in before the bolt seizedComment

I think if you plan on using it allot you will need a steel washer for sure.

Is it too much to ask for to get a response? The guy that answered at PTP seemed to think they had some available. He also told me that Tracy would reply. So Yes, I had faith. I was on the list until I couldn't come up with the deposit. This isn't my first issue with PTP. Had a small issue with a warpfeed years ago...never resolved.Originally posted by wimagno offense but if you got no response after repeated attempts for 6 weeks why would you even bother anymore. Obviously your faith should be diminished by then and move on...unless you prefer to be a glutton for punishment.
People I believe are still waiting for parts purchased a couple years ago. What makes you think you are just gonna call up and get what you want ?Last edited by TimmyJay; 09-12-2011, 11:45 AM.Comment

considering it took you a little over two weeks to answer my question i dont think you have too much of a leg to stand on. did i care you did not respond, nope. Would i feel compelled enough to give bad feedback based on your communication skills, nope.Originally posted by TimmyJayIs it too much to ask for to get a response? Maybe you should have sent me a PM, since I would be notified directly, rather than a random post. Also, I am not claiming to be a business. I'm offering feedback based on my experience trying to conduct business with a business.Originally posted by wimagconsidering it took you a little over two weeks to answer my question i dont think you have too much of a leg to stand on. did i care you did not respond, nope. From Tracy & PTP that is waaaaay to much to ever ask for.Originally Posted by TimmyJay

I called it back in January that we will be getting the shaft from them. Check out post #3712 on page 124.
Everybody considered me hostile for that comment back then, how does it fly now 8 months later.
Forgetting about the shirts, has anybody ever received their refunds for the other screw ups?Comment

Every time I read this thread I feel more and more like I'm owning a piece of paintball history- Something sort of epic in the mag world like the delorian or the pinto to cars or something. I'm actually looking forward to it in say 20 years.
Anyhow, with that being said, perhaps we should think about getting a singular point person for Tracy and PTP as opposed to having multiple people running them down all the time. We can get a spreadsheet going of People who havent recieved bodies, people who have mechanical issues, people who are due money for sear pins, people who need extra X, and of course, people who would be pleased with t-shirts, and other problems of miscellany.
I'm willing to run point on this as long as I don't get totally raged at by fellow AO'ers. With that being said it may, or may not help. I'd be inclined to say it'd shrink Tracy's daily consumption of asprin and increase efficiency, and put all of our problems in a single place.Comment
