I'm glad you mentioned this because I forgot to say with the last run...

I could not find any screws that were better than the stock Intelliframe screws. The stock screws will work fine. But if you're "picky" you can file them down a little shorter for a perfect fit. They don't need much, maybe 1/16" or so shorter.

Of course this all depends on what screws and grips you have. It fits pretty good with stock screws and sticky grips, which are kind of thick. Other grips probably need a little shorter screws.

The most important thing is just make sure you don't over tighten them and strip out the threads on your frame.

Yeah, I'm using a set of Luke's panels and I've had to file down my screws a little bit. Though the top ones (the ones holding in the cheater) are not really tight against the panels, just holding them in place. The bottom screws are the ones I really tighten to hold the panels down tight.

I have inteliframe and sticky grips so no new screws required.

Just a question - is it required to loctite the screws keeping cheater in place to avoid unscrewsing or sticky grips will provide enough tension to avoid that ?

This is true, as much as delays are frustrating, Zap made a huge catch up and will meet the ultimate deadline, Christmas!!! I give him a lot of credit!!

Anyone care to guess if the cheater will fit in an Airwalk V1? I'll have results posted in a week or so mine and for single trigger frames from bechmark, powerlyte.
