I may suck at life in your eyes, but in mine I am doing just fine. I believe I can get a FEW people to attest to that.Originally posted by kosmoTuna, seriously. Now back to the topic at hand...
The reason i dislike Gore or any mention of him is that he is a 2 faced you know what. Did you know that he is one of the PRINCIPAL SHARE HOLDERS of a company that sells "carbon credits?" THEY WANT you to believe that the earth is coming to an end so buy up your carbon credits now and hurry!!!! Before it is too late!!! He flys around in his jet wasting more fuel and emitting more emissions and green house gasses than most people use in a lifetime. He is a hypocrite. If you can't see that then maybe you should open your eyes wider.Comment

When was the last time you heard about John Sidney McCain, or Willard Mitt Romney, or Johnny Reid Edwards, or... need I go on? People do that with Obama for completely xenophobic reasons, and it disgusts me. Believe what you want politically, as long as you've got reasons to back up your argument. But don't try to tear somebody down because of their NAME, of all reasons.Originally posted by TunamanSince when is using someones real name wrong? Talk about ignorant...

Yes. When you hear his running opponent their middle name is always mentioned. (Hillary Rodam Clinton)? I would assume that this discriminating to her sex in your opinion.Originally posted by BobTheCowWhen was the last time you heard about John Sidney McCain, or Willard Mitt Romney, or Johnny Reid Edwards, or... need I go on? Disgust you it may some peoples middle name are mentioned when they run for political office. IIRC our last president's name was always stated with his middle name/initial. (George W Bush for those of you who dont do politics).
IMO it is just a name. Some people try to make every statement into some sort of raciest / religious slur statement. If voters would get their head out of their butt, and actually look at policies they would realize that this "vote for hope" is nothing but pulling the wool over their eyes.
Bob I have read your post before and you are smarter than this. Please dont become a sheeple.Comment

BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP, you LOSE! That's her maiden name. Her middle name is Diane and it almost never gets used.Originally posted by MANNYes. And that's for a reason; we had another "george bush" so the two are distinguished by their middle initials.Originally posted by MANNDisgust you it may some peoples middle name are mentioned when they run for political office. If the candidate himself doesn't use his middle name in public, using it obviously has ulterior motives. Who says it? If it's not universally used, then you can bet it's just being used as mud.
There is zero percent change you don't know this, you're just playing dumb.Comment

Here is your chance to learn something young grasshopperOriginally posted by drgBAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAP, you LOSE! That's her maiden name. Her middle name is Diane and it almost never gets used.
Originally posted by wikiIt is not uncommon for women, especially in the U.S. and Canada, to take their husband's name but put it after their birth name. For example, if "Kate Wilson" marries "John Smith", her name would become "Kate Wilson Smith" or "Kate Wilson-Smith". Sometimes both husband and wife will adopt the joint surname; whether the maiden name is placed first or second reflects personal preferences. In other cases, women will use their maiden name as a middle name (perhaps dropping their birth middle name) and use their husband's surname as their surname. (See below for new legal policies regarding this matter.)

Yes. You are correct. We use a person's middle name to distinguish who they are. It is not there for just looks.Originally posted by drgAnd that's for a reason; we had another "george bush" so the two are distinguished by their middle initials.
You and I dont go around stating our name as "Robert John Smith". More than likely you would state "Hi I am bob smith".Originally posted by drgIf the candidate himself doesn't use his middle name in public, using it obviously has ulterior motives.
I would assume his parents as they are the ones who named it.Originally posted by drgWho says it?
ahhh. We were dragging JFK, and FDR thru the mud also. We didnt call them by their "public name".Originally posted by drgIf it's not universally used, then you can bet it's just being used as mud.
