And I am sure I can find some sites that debunk a lot of the 911 conspiracy theories:

Popular Mechanics examines the evidence and consults the experts to refute the most persistent conspiracy theories of September 11.

So what? I can probably find a couple of hundred people that will swear that they have encountered Bigfoot or Alien aircraft and a movie where The Rock played the Toothfairy. Doesnt make it true. Heck, I have watched a couple of tv shows where this one crazy dude takes random bits from like 20 different civilizations and tries to roll it into proof that we are descended from aliens. Do I beleive it? Umm no.

    ZOMG! But they have proof!

OPBN, why use straw man tactics? Your posts essentially boils down to "there are 2 sides to every story" and then tries to lump me in with some easily defeated/rejected ideas. Ideas I never claimed to endorse, much less mention. Not exactly a respectful way to converse with another person.

Ive seen the Popular mechanics one before and I'm looking at your other links. Have you viewed the videos I linked on the previous page?

Edit. Very disappointed in the Times Article. We do not live in a world where we must believe X, Y and Z just because we questions or have doubts about A, B or C. Straw Man Tactics FTL.

KC- its called semantics, drawing the topic off towards the character of his opponent to aviod the real issues originally raised. Politicians do it all the time. He learned well from his brainwashing. If you cant win the argument attack the person, or a point they never mentioned.

        OPBN
All cited info from your links was provided by the same agencies that gave info to the 911 commission, Or is on the government payroll. which is where the conspiracy came from, we asked questions about there findings and not one answer, but repeating the same thing that did not make sense in the first place. I want the government to answer not time magazine.

Those who talked about the Gulf of Tonkin were conspiracy theorist and they were right. Same with the Luciatania, Pearl Harbor.......It is the same with every major conflict in our history. We the people resist war, then an incident that pisses us off, and off to war we go.

        Cockerpunk
Why care now? If you had actually been to war you would not ask such a childish question. I have.
Ask your parents that question, and see if they think 50,000+ americans dyeing in a war started based on a lie was a good thing. (sarcastically) But we were so much safer after we won that war, oops we lost,Korea? nope we lost that one to. Iraq the first time? well there was a second war against the same ruler a decade later so we lost the first Iraq war. Now 10 years into two, no now three wars that we are not winning.

I am about 4 years shy of my aeronautical engineering degree, so pardon me if I wasn't able to sit though the 45 mins or so of the pilots videos. It took me only a couple of minutes to realize I had zero idea wth this guy was talking about, nor did I really care because IMO it is nonsense. If you don't endorse the the ideas, you should probably refrain from posting up links to them, it kinda makes it look like you do. Sorry if you are offended by my conversation skills, but I have very little patience for discussions about nonsense. I get the same feeling when I hear Ahmadinejad say that the Holocaust never happened or when someone says that the U.S. never landed on the moon.

Then you will love this one.

I have not read all of it but it sums up why conspiracy theorist say what they do. No foil hats here, just the documents and main stream media articles. Some are hard to follow nor do I believe all of them but there is some good stuff in here.

TY for the links. The largest thing missing these days is counter evidence.

This about Andrews AFB is complete BS. Who ever this nut job is, is a complete tool box and knows nothing but what he pulled off Google search. I was there, we got alerted. Fighter were sent but it was too late. I saw it with my own 2 eyes so take that for what it's worth.

This is why conspiracy theorist are laugh at and not taken seriously. They spread lies and feces that they read on the Internet with out digging for facts, truth and the reason you all that believe them are no better. Just part of the virus.

Osama is dead, great. Now we wait for the head to grow back.

You rejected the information I posted outright by your own admission and then posted links and made assumptions which had nothing to do with my post, or my point of view. I'm sorry if you can't recognize that as disrespectful, because it is.

SockMonkey, I understand where your coming from I think, and those are the both decent reviews of the governments side of things. Respectfully though they do not explain why the destruction of the towers, as well as building 7, mimics controlled demolitions. The sudden onset of symmetrical collapse though the path of greatest resistance, all the way down, leaving only pieces behind is exactly what happens in a controlled demolition... Would you agree that the collapses look very similar to a controlled demolition? If so, how do you explain asymmetrical impact damage, and asymmetrical fire damage causing a symmetrical collapse?

Respect guys, no hard feelings here.

More semantics! Was the moon one of the 33 in the link I posted? No

I notice the "conspiracy theorist" in here are a bit more mature than everyone that is slinging cheap shots at them. I give my point of view and others attack it like angry kids. I wont try to change your mind beyond stating what I have found and letting others do the same.

Furthermore, it is Un-American to attack someone based on what they believe to be true. Unless you are better than someone because of what you believe, in which case you are like the ones that we battled in WWII.

And to this link, http://www.tms.org/pubs/journals/jom...agar-0112.html try researching the references used. Yep not one source more resent than a month after the attacks. Wow really dug hard they did. Just figured it all out in a month, case closed.

I didn't catch that at all.

SockMonkey, Please check out my first link ( http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=b74n...21A4B03C1169C78 ) its presented as a scientific theory and its probably the least propaganda filled of all the "truther" films. I'm not forcing you to believe, just asking for your consideration.

Insider trading occurred before and on 911 involving the specific companies most effected by the attacks, according to the FBI in the 911 report, and was never investigated.

                            All the evidence I needed.

The collapses always interested me but I didn't believe the government was capable of such a monstrous act. I started researching end of 2009 and the governments side just doesn't add up.

The towers fell straight down symmetrically after "burning" for an hour on a few floors. We can find many examples throughout history of buildings being set ablaze(some after airplane strikes). Many of these buildings burned for hours, some even days and some did partially collapse... yet we can not find another example of a building completely collapsing from airplane strike + fire (as is the official cause of the complete collapse of world trade center towers 1 and 2) or fire alone (as is the official cause of the complete collapse of world trade center building 7) Not proof, but certainly worth consideration.

I'm also interested in the distinct lack of a 100,000 tons of aircraft at the pentagon and in Pennsylvania. I agree there are some small parts there but I do not buy the official "Vaporized" story.
