So, wassup?
I thought it was going be more DOGE, but then it became Trump and tariffs. More of how the administration is going to collapse the Country and destroy democracy.
How's that going?
Apparently, it's going exactly as planned. Bring the players to the table. The other Nations, the industrial complex, the big tech companies.
And of course, we get the other side with their "hands off" protest. Hands off what, exactly?
What got to me in that second one was the lady who claimed her daughter has less rights than SHE had growing up.
If anything, Trump is taking the hand of the Federal Government OFF the States and making them responsible for things the Feds have no business being involved with. (I.E. Roe v Wade.)
I'll forego the whole weather thing with tornados or class 5 hurricanes, and the recent uptick in earthquakes or volcanoes.

My, oh my, oh my. You may not like the man, but you have to admit he has style.
Throwing tariffs around like Mardi Gras confetti. Most of the Countries affected have already reached out to negotiate. Not China.
And the result? Higher tariffs to China, everyone else gets a reprieve.
What's next? Goods from China will cost more. Boo-Hoo. It's the bigger picture.
America is the largest consumer market in the World. We purchase more from other Countries than any other. We rely on products we don't (or no longer) make domestically, they in turn rely on us purchasing those products.
Yet the U.S. buys four times more from China than they do from us. Should Chinese imports become too expensive, Americans will make and buy domestic replacements.
