Nothing happens in Iraq without Saddams OK and he does openly support them and some of them have been living in Bagdad for some time. You are grasping at straws because something you wanted to believe is evaporating as you speak. Up until lately the link between Ansar Al-Islam and Al Qaeda has only been suspected but never firmly proven. There was never any doubt there was a open support of Ansar Al-Islam by Iraq. Now all three are starting to form up a pretty nice homogeneous slime!

Oh I do. And you should too! I doubt you have any evidence to the contrary. If it does and he finds out you die. Simple fact of life over there. These groups have openly lived there under his control for quite some time. They served a purpose for him or it would not have been so.

Did anyone see that five mile long water line the British built in five days? Impressive realy. Wonder how secure it will remain though. Seemed to me it was mostly above ground.

Unfortunate tradegy of civilians killed by Coalition troops yesterday when they fired on a Van that refused to stop at a check point. I am afraid more of this is going to happen since that Suicide bombing incident the other day.

Seems the troops are realy making some headway in a lot of towns not only militarily but Humanitarily as well.

Im sure Ansar al-Islam has some form of representation in the US as well, but that doesnt mean Al Qaeda is operating with the US government, just like it doesnt mean Al Qaeda is operating with the Iraqi government.

EDIT: I just re-read what you posted FOL. Tell me, where in that article does it establish a link between the Iraqi government and Al Qaeda? Besides the fact that they're in the same country, which means nothing.

When ever you get "sources" you have to ask yourself who is gaining the most from this, who wrote it, what was there purpose, and the timing of it is the most important.

You indeed should HAVE some sources for yours. I have seen very little come out of your fingers but twisted historical nonfacts. Drawing illogical conclusions from the few facts that you can muster up. Whenever anyone asks me "where did you get that" on this subject I realy know what they mean. They want to attack my sources and not provide theirs. Its easier to do that then it is is to put forth a credible one of thier own. So any intelligent person can find plenty of them if they like. But they are not going to accept the ones I believe represent the closest to the truth. Thats what I look for. So I just am not realy going to bother with answering yours. In fact many of them are already here on this thread and the other thread we had. You want me to believe a source you have? Show me a credible one. Show me one the is not biased and closed minded and purely propaganda. One I can trust. Independent news agencies have no willingness to support the US and they in fact try thier best to not do so. Very unlike the Arab presses that are state owned and control information and distort the truths. I have very little use for them. I look at them and see what they are saying as well though. But when I see press carried only to what they want them to see and its all interpreted for them and they are expelled when they do not follow the rules I have very liitle confidence in them at all. If you do then your being made the fool.

Indeed Iraq MUST have known they were they and were assisting them. And they are terrorists none the less. Regardless of any link between them and Al Queda. One of the things we are suspecting is that Saddams regime supported Islamic Fundamentalist Terrorists and that appears to be the case. And we know he paid Palestinian suicide bombes families rewards for doing so as he openly advertised that himself so that realy is of no doubt and that is terrrorism.

Remember that we are not just hunting one group of terrorists. We hunting them all.
