Whispers were on the news yesterday. A 900 Page clasified document on the terrorist attacks.

Americans know something doesnt add up. The Suadis were behind the attack. Yet we attack Afghanistan and Iraq. Most of the hijackers were Suadi Nationals and some of the money they got came from the Suadi royal family. The US tracks alot of money thats laundered in this country.

So if the US tracks laundered money why do we still have a drug problem?

All these questions but My biggest questions is all the new signs on the road to prepare us in the case of an attack.

I looked at these signs and stickers today because I live near DC. The Stickers are yellow and marked the Maryland Department of transportation. It is against the law to remove or move this sign. I got out ot the car and read the sticker on the back. The stickers nicknamed "TACMARS" or Tactical Markers" were dated January 2000 and may have anything or little to do with the war on terror. The stickers are attached to the backs of signs.

Other storys abound on the internet about these new signs. One I noticed today peeked my intrest was marked by a Question mark an an arrow pointed to the county courthouse building on my way to get feed. I asked an officer about them and he said you go there if you have questions I think. Than he shrugged his shoulders.

Signs came up almost a year ago pointing the way to an evacuation route. Seem to lead in circles or to Washington DC. The last place I want to go during a terrorist attack is Washington DC. Even if they have a 50,000 acre underground facility. It wont be safe during a nuclear attack. I know my post war basement with 15 inchs of concrete is safe.

But something just does'nt add up. This 900 page classified document may have some things in it the American people want to know. IS there some other government behind this whole attack? Why would Suadi Arabia Attack the US. The Attack was such a major preplaned attack that could only be used to test or plan a preemptive strike against the US Government and its people. Than shortly after the attack nothing. Was this because Bush was in FLorida and they messed upor because the plane possibley headed for the capital crashed outside PA?

Questions only riveled by the Kennedy assasanation will not be answered because they are sealed in classified documents

Well hopefully we can have a civilized discusions about this like we do at the Shatner forum sometimes.

Without Accusing the government of being totaly evil, taxing and corrupt. They provide alot of good services like Trash Pickup twice a week, policing, water and electricty.

However I feel like these road signs are totaly retarded as is the rest of this terrorist whatever plan is just plain stupid. I wish they would have named the office of homeland defense something like Civil Defense and included the American people in planeing things. In the event that Washington Gets attacked, duct tape and plastic will due little expcet make body bags to throw in trash trucks.

I doubt the attack was ever intended to test for something "bigger". I also don't believe that, at the time, an organized group would have needed more than 6 months to plan and execute the entire thing. By attack's standards, it was a pretty damn good one. The entire world has suffered it's aftereffects, though...

But seriously, the reason we didn't do anything to saudi arabia is the hopes that we might actually be able to get on the arab world's good side, and saudi arabia is the best place to start, or so it seems. 19 of the 21 hijackers were saudi, as is osama himself. They all belong to a branch of Islam known as Wahabiism. And guess where Wahabiism comes from... Saudi arabia is as much of a problem as iraq, afghanistan, palestine, or any other place that gives us trouble. It's just that we have vested interests with their oil.

First of all, the document was closer to 800 pages, the VAST majority of it was declassified. Only the 20 some odd pages weren't. Frankly, I don't think the reason to keep them classified was to protect the Saudis. I think it was to keep our sources on Saudi Arabia confidential and protected, and I totally support that. I also think that's why the Sauds have made such a stink, because they know that if they get the pages released they'll have an easier time figuring out how we're spying on them.

As for the signs. Well, that's the problem with a disaster the size and scale of 9/11. The government is accused of not doing enough and not warning people so they decide to do signs to warn and people think it's a waste. The problem is if you do nothing you were wrong, and if you do something you were wrong. I suppose they think that the signs help alert people. I think they're wrong, but it's a nice attempt (and a great job spending taxpayer money needlessly).

whatever happens, happens. bring it on. if we're going to get nuked im not worried because i know that no matter what happens, we're all going to die anyways so why not get vaporized. i live close enough to l.a. so where i wouldnt get killed by the nuke, but by the gaslines that go from l.a. to the hill regions where i am. i'd just be a pile of ash and that doesnt bother me at all. its the best way to go. i know i sound like a freak case, but if you think about it, we have NO control over ANYTHING that happens in the future. my guess is that there will be a ww3 and its not going to be all nukes because hey, some countries with nukes wont want to get involved, but later on, there will be a huge ground invasion on america, and there will be a huge battle royal and america is going to win because this whole time they've been prepairing like the first poster in this thread mentioned. there are probably SICK amounts of underground armories and factories and stuff like that and we'll go vietcong on their asses, and come out the victor. after that, there will be a new world order thing where there will be extreme isolationism and only huge countries will exist like there will be one ruler for all of europe, one for asia, one for africa until alliances are formed so then it would be like north america, south america all that crap vs everyone from england to the east. so then, there will be huge stashes of arms and everyone will be decked out for war, and at the same time there will be rebel fighters (or people who just dont want to be involved) that will devote their time reproducing, and digging huge underground villages and so forth somewhere like in south america, and then there will be a final show down between the two huge land masses and the village people will come out and there will be no one left and it will be like noah's ark or something like that and then there will be a new beginning. i dunno about you but im going to be one of the village people. whatever you do, thats up to you. and im NOT joking about this crap. one day it WILL happen. all the signs are pointing to it.

How is Saudi Arabia the best place to start making friends in the middle east?

Alot of things don't add up about the attacks, and the following events afterwards.

Like, why did we attack Afganistan, and why after the talliban was over with, we put in a pro US government, and then the pipe line that the Talliban have been saying no too, just all of a sudden got approved.

Like, why did we attack Iraq, and why are we trying to say that Iran is trying to aquire nuclear weapons, when all they are doing is making a nuclear power plant, backed by the Russians, and now the US wants to make a nuclear plant in Iraq.

ALot of things don't make since, but bring it up, you are said to be a conspiracy theorist, crazy, unamerican, or what ever words being like to throw out to try and justify their beliefs.
