Well just for the record, they originally wrote that song when they were a nothing garage band. The song was a tribute, in a way. Why are you so damn critical?!?!? Beauty is in the eye (or ear, in this case) of the beholder!!

You people are so stuckup about "Punk" rock. Just because every band isn't exactly like the sex pistols doesn't make them bad. Music changes, deal with it. I bet half of you kids that are winning about how the sex pistols are real punk, havn't heard more than one or two songs from them.
I've said this before, bands like simple plan and GC are not killing punk, you little kids who sit around at your computers complainging that every band isn't punk are killing it. GC has some good songs, who cares what you classify them as, not everything has to be neatly catagorized into specific catagory's. that wouldn't be very "punk" now would it?Comment

You can translate any of their lyrics in any of their songs into this : "Please, oh please, believe us, we're punk, stop making fun of the way we look/sing/act"
