Dosn't stop me from making them. I'm lucky enough to have neighbors who don't give a damn what we do out here.

if you're "in the wrong", then take care of those issues and don't provoke the problems. that way if it continues, it is not your "fault".

just becuase "everyone" does something, doesn't mean you should.

if it's illegal to park in a certain place, then don't park there, or you deserve a ticket, no matter who "calls it in". Is your car parcked in front of their mail-box at the curb? this is a comon issue around my house. someone parks their car in front of the mailbos post and then no mail is delivered. on my block, though the mailboxes are all on the side of the street that has no-parking signs, so isn't an issue for me personaly, unless someone is really parking illegally.

if your hedges/bushes are "to high", probably because of a neigborhood covenant, and is also your fault and should be taken care of if they are too tall. Once you have taken care of all the illegal issues, and if she continues to "harras" you/your family, then you should attempt to talk to her and find out, if possible, what the issue is.
