No news that I saw concerning new kits, ranks or badges, but it does have vehicle and weapon info. Finally we get a Hummer with a TOW launcher, although the fact it can only carry a driver and gunner sucks. The ATV and Jetski look cool, but it would be better if you could carry a single passenger on each. New guns look cool, but I think the piece I'm looking forward to the most is the grappling hook.

Looks like a carryover from DC/DC_Final. Good stuff. Missing the Sparrow. ATV Jihad baby.

12 noon (eastcoast) for ten hours on thursdays and sundays
we can join as a clan, so yes
i would assume so, but not 100% sure how it all works

UPDATE:
one thing you have to do before joining in the battles is pass boot camp (i'll be doing that tonight).

the 10hour battles are UN-ranked . so depending on how much fun it is, i dont know if i'll be re-enlisting when my 3 month term is up.

but i did jump on the training server (special training map created by bf2c) and messed around wiht my squad for bit. that was kinda cool and nice to have some good structure.

BF2Conflict bootcamp: well i attended my first sesion of bootcamp last night and i must say i think it helped. Now most of the skills we worked on of course are for working in squads, but it was cool. We practiced helo jumping onto specific targets, flag defense and how to best space out your squad in order to properly defend against attacs. another thing we pacticed was static squads (which most of us have done before). that is when if the SL dies, he jumps out of the squad and then spawns on the new squad leader.

UPDATE: (after dinner)
Razzle-Dazzle is similar to the static squad above. You and your guys are in squad A, but you see that Squad B on the other side of the map is where you want your squad to be. One member leaves the squad and spawns on the leader of B. then that same guy leaves B and joins back in A (A then static sqauds to make him Squad Leader). Then everyone spawns on SL of A. Boom, entire squad moved across the map in 15-20 seconds.

I forget what they called this move, but it works real well at the start of the game. SL jumps in a jet (rest of the squad stays in the Dead box). SL flys to a flag point, jumps out and para's down to the flag/strategic point. Once the squad sees the red circle dissapear around the green dot, they spawn on him. Boom, 6 guys at a flag right off the start.

We worked a great deal on our comunication and spotting (hitting Q and putting the cross hairs on the target). This helps a ton when there is no UAV available and you are either deffending or taking a flag.

We worked on some other stuff, but those are the main pionts.

Oh, i did pass boot camp, but if anyone is interested in going to tonights sesion i'll be willing to join you. I am waiting for clearance from the drill instructor...but i am sure it'll be cool.
