This is a mockup of what the frame COULD look like......



,.. I slapped a micro switch in there,... battery, capacitor, and a UTB.

I checked the LED and membrane pad,... they fit as well!!

Well here is the thing,.. this single frame took a while to make in total time.

The hardest part was the "fish gill" ribs along the trigger guard.

I would be tempted to eliminate them if the cost was substantially lower.

Jay said that this frame is the most difficult thing he has had to machine so far.

Its not the sides thats the hard part,.. but the top side,.. which has to be on the money.

,... as you can see,.... he can do the work

As we approach the finish model I will be making a new thread with payment options and details on how you can get your hands on one of these!

UPDATE!!!

Well I got off my butt and wired up the frame today.

I dont have any air,.. but will have some come tomorrow morning.

I modified a AGD blade trigger with some new bells to try out some ideas I had for future enhancements.

I should invest in a scale because now that everything is in the frame,... I think its almost too light Im sure with just a barrel it will be front heavy. The valve may balance it out some more though.

My girlfriend's mother has a video camera,.. so I may buy some paint and video tape a live string of paint next weekend.

** I also need you guys to look at the pictures of the proto-type frame that I have on hand and look at the design of the one with the panels above. I changed the milling to flow more with the panels. That and the first milling design with the "fish gills" takes longer to mill.***

So you should look at these 2 designs and think about what one is best. I like the newer one myself.
