Someone needs to find the one showing the vortices behind a sphere. I've always wanted that as a "logo".

I have a couple of ideas about what guns should be used. For stockclass pumps, the rounds could be put in the feed tube just like they come in the package, front end pointing same direction as the barrel. The tube would probably need to be spring fed. Every time you pulled the pump back, a round would drop into the chamber.
The only problem with a spring feed is that it could jam as the projectiles are no longer round.

I also think a mag with a modified ULE warp left body would make a great setup for FS rounds.

            Spring Feed

Only prob with using spring fed or tube fed is that the back of the round is hollow so the front of the one behind it will wedge in there and may prevent it from falling into the chamber.

That one is a cylinder. The sphere looks quite different.

Yeah, that was my thought too, you want it to be spring-fed, but the shape of the projectiles precludes it.

I'd want to use a ULE body for ease of modification and install. From looking at pics of the tiberius clips that accept these rounds, I think the only mod needed to the body would be milling out a small rectangle so the fins can drop into the breach and then a new feed neck. The rounds would be in a spring fed stick feed, it would kind of look like a sten gun. It also would probably be possible to keep a warp feed on the gun and switch when you ran out of FS rounds.

Sorry if my description doesn't make sense, I'll try to get a pic and show what I mean.

What about taking something like an old Spyder or what ever and make a "bolt action" for a more mil-sim type feel. Clip style feed would work the same just the action would be manual rather than pneumatice or spring powered. You simple seperate the bolt from the striker, just make sure the airflow holes all lined up. Just an idea.

I would be interested to see the difference in accuracy/range depending on how this round is loaded, If it can be loaded a bit in front of the breach, then making an underfeed magizine would be much simpler.

There is a thread somewhere on here, either workshop or tech forums, about doing just that to a mag. Great minds think alike, and small minds never differ, right? LOL It is a good idea. Here is the link where the guy turned the valve upside down:

An underfed clip loaded mag that had the capabilities to use FS rounds would be great, but I would be fine with using a different gun if it was easier/simpler to mod.

                          Intellifeed with a gear/elevator system.

Or, very weak spring with a vacuum intake.

Either way it'll be bottom loading. It's what the consumers crave (being able to aim on the top of the barrel again).

anyone have a few first strike rounds they wouldn't mind sending me?

I have an idea for a hopefully simple mag conversion. Well for some mags at least...

surprised no one has mentioned modifying a rail and body so it can be "broken" in half like the old double barrel shot guns.
