        I have a few things I did:
-I used to think angels didn't need air because they were electronic.
-I used to think an angel was powerful enough to kill a deer.
-I'd be scared to move and get shot.
-I thought that my model 98 was the fastest gun on the field.
-Sometimes I'd cry after I got shot.

I'll think of some more later.

My buddies and I were recruiting other friends to play, and we had one friend who as usual was really excited, but was worried about getting hit.

The usual questions, does it hurt, etc. He asked "what happens if you get hit in the nuts?" Having never seen anyone get hit there, we naturally told him, "don't worry about it, no one ever gets hit there."

I think we were playing indoor somewhere, and sure enough, his very first game, right in the nuts.

To his credit he did not quit playing and eventually got his own equipment, and became an avid player.

What I really think is funny out on the field when a newb will be like"ahh man i just got shot by an angel that really hurt." my normal responce is "did it hurt more than normal" and of course the newb responds"yes". Another great thing is howmuch the Warp scares newbs.

yea, i thought of some more. I used to think that the low pressure chamber on a spyder made it shoot way harder, which is why it hurt more than the other kids tigersharks. And i was fascinated by this guys M98. I thought it was the most amazing thing ever, and i almost sh*t myself with excitement when i tagged him out, because i had been hiding in the back of the field and he didnt see me. Haha, good times, huh?

The first time one of my friends played with us he was so worried about getting lit up and it hurting that he borrowed someones bullet proof vest and wore it for the entire day. Upside everything that hit him broke downside he didn't ever know when he was out. This resulted in him lacing into my bro after he had been shot 2 minutes earlier.

i NEVER EVER turn on my revvy. and the most noobish thing ive ever done was my first time at the field, i was chrono'ing, and i didnt know i have my powerfeed plug turned around, so i was shooting about 100 shots with air over the chrono trying to get a reading. after a while i realized it, and nobody saw me

I used to call o-rings oval-rings, and I thought my brother's 18 inch barrel was the best thing ever because it was so long.

Heres acouple of comon noob occurences.

L shaped/Bent elbow affixed to hoppers on vertical feed guns, always gets me every time, cant stop laughing. ya just see this crooked blimp on a poor kids setup...priceless.

People who've played paintball for 1-2 months who dont know how to /or dont have an allen wrench to adjust their velocity.

whatching a kid SHOOT the chrono to get a reading.

seeing a kid with a 21 inch barrel AND a silencer attached to it, my mag is still quiter with a 12in AA

...ever in the continual search of time dilation.
