A valid point, i don't know what he relayed to the judge. But in what way do you think that the envirnment that it happens changes anything?

For example, branman444 lives in OK, a place I don't consider very "southern", but he's a southern boy. I can tell.

What's your beef Shartley? Can't you deal with there being ANYTHING you aren't an expert on? Do I just pee on your parade to say you ain't a southern boy? Hell, even if you ARE, do you HAVE to be so silly about it? Do you HAVE to get the last word in?

That is the problem. Since you are willing placing yourself in a situation where the EXACT same thing could EASILY happen or be expected to happen you can't claim that your believe your life was threatened. I also don't for one minute believe that any of you TRUELY believe that you LIFE would be threatened if someone placed their paintball gun at your throat DURING A GAME. That's the bottom line. And your going to have a difficult to impossible time convincing a cop (your going to be arrested) and just as hard of a time convincing a jury. What evidence are you going to produce that backs up your claim that you believe you life was threatened? What are you going to say when the prosecutor show video after video of it happening in paintball games? How are you going to convince them that you wanted to play but feared for your life if someone got too close?
