And I think this is where you are confusing how the law works and what it would mean in an actual case VS paintball forum semantics.

Yea i may be but first class that i went to and got my permit from was given my a lawyer that has been in Crim law for 12 years. That is how he explained the law to us. you would prob. not get as much time if you just pulled your gun but you would still go to jail. Even though you didnt shoot.
