I think it's proven now that SP is serious about burning right through the industry and not just ICD and settling with the big boys, and you know AGD, WGP, and such will be next, AKA is small but not much smaller than AGD, you know they're in line closely after AKA. Getting together and taking SP out is the unity that is needed. And that boycott stuff is bogus, people may say they will but it's all talk, most players will be kissing SP's feet if they win. I know Tom would just consider me one of the "kids on the pulse of the industry middle of the crowd yadda yadda", whatever remark he made recently, but I also went to college for Business Administration including Legal Studies and know companies have successfully burned through an industry by going after all the small ones first and using the cases as legal references for the big fights, nailing SP now is what needs to be done.

And WARPED1, you get to look like the idiot on this one. Auctionjunkie! is an AKA forum mod, regular, and a very close insider to AKA who does do alot of AKA's online press releases, the source is very valid. Guess you don't know as much as you act like you do.

sp came for Icd and we did nothing because we do not shoot bushmasters . then they came for AKA and the rest of the industry did nothing because they are not AKA SO WHAT WILL HAPPEN WHEN THEY COME FOR YOUR COMAPNY AND THERE IS NO ONE LEFT TO HELP?

I can see how this is going, they're strategically taking out competition. First they started out with small old ICD, now that they settled, they can move on to bigger fish, like AKA. Who will they go after next?? It can be WDP b/c theyre a European company.

I can see this turning really ugly. Anyone else notice a patter developing, much like Hitlers takeover of Europe??

As long as AKA wins, I'll be happy. If AKA loses in court, then SP wins and can just take the precident and take out every other company w/o much problem. If AKA cannot win, then I hope they go for the agreement, so no precident is set. I'm tempted to donate to AKA, but I may just wait till it's AGD's turn (hopefully never) and then throw my $ then.

I think I lost you there gtrsi, AGD made a point to say they want to advance their electronic markers and even have products in line to come out but can't move until this whole deal is over, well the way they are able to advance is for someone to win and if AKA is fighting, it would be much easier giving minimal financial support to help AKA instead of letting AKA settle, then being next in line and have to settle because they can't fund a full defense for themselves..... how that reflects my character I have no idea, please elaborate. I am simply saying that banding together now would be much more affordable and effective for AGD rather than waiting till they are in the spotlight and realizing they can't do it on their own.

I understand the AGD alone does not have the money to do the right thing, however, togther AGD,AKA,ICD and EVERY other company coming down the line that makes a marker that will put them in the sights of the smartparts lawsuit has the money and the clout to stand up to them togther, if you look at it in the long run it would cost them companys less to hire the right lawers and end this now as a group then to have to each individualy fight later or cave in to it

AGD, thank you for the acknowledgement and I understand why you may have good reason not to say more. And gtrsi does make a point about the "I told you so" I said, it was inappropriate, I apologize, and I have stated many times I respect all you've done for the game and built up through AGD and how the company itself has grown. I guess an aggressive part of my nature is kicking in here and basically hoping to see all of you band together for one fight so you, WGP, AKA, and all the ethical companies I love are able to continue to exist without each one being butchered one-by-one by court costs and waiting around for this to end.
