Hope by letting us down, you mean something stupid along the lines of this. And by no gear you mean no markers and a mask. Otherwise, I would hate to slip and miss my bunker. I don't want to get flogged and stoned . What if I don't take my flogging right and I let my team down agian. You tie me up and go Chris Layosa on my neck ?

Yes I make everyone wear a mask when walking on the fields with markers around. Sorry I misrepresented that part.

From the original post - those two players are trying out for the team (one an experienced player, the other a relative newbie). This incident should give you pause on selecting the more experienced (but will a lot less impulse control) player - it may have been a "mistake" shooting the other guy in the neck, but it was done "on purpose."

There are two definition of mistake here:

1) An non-intentional act

2) An intentional act that was wrong

I can make a mistake, but still do it on purpose. If that person had been in a real argument & had, say, a handgun - that other player might be dead now.

Paintball is still a game & no one should be going around inflicting intentional harm on other people - especially those on one's own team.
