How much do you guys think this will cost in rl, not MSRP. I think this is innovative and right but why would beginers buy this gun when next to it in walmart there's a spyder for 50? Plus beginers usually buy from dicks, walmart and there's a fill station right there. When you were a noob did you look for the safest thing, or did you look for the nicest looking gun for cheap. But I hope you guy's suceed.

Now if you could just modify the front lower portion of the gun... it could make a very nice integrated pump handle.

How much do you think replacement batteries cost? You said you could replace a battery faster and easier than filling a hoper so im assuming your talking about carrying multiple batteries, how big are they.

They are 15 sub C (a tab bit smaller than a normal C sized bat) So that should tell you how big it's going to be. As for cost, who knows until they actually release the gun. I bet it's going to be $100+ or so for a pack just basing it on what R/C packs cost.

well gentlemen, it's like anyhting else. at first, something is just a concept. when it is built, at first it sucks, i.e this thing. however, as technology progresses, the idea will get more efficient, parts will get smaller etc. so, i think this is just a gun made to prove that it could work. i still think i'll stick with my E-mag for now at least.

I'm impressed. Over 500 shots at approx. 300 fps with just 15 SC batteries. That is an accomplishment in my book. Congratulations.

I was also interested in the battery chemistry, i.e Nicad, NiMH, etc.

BTW, I priced 15 SC NiMH batteries and the total was just over $100, not including tax, shipping and handling.

Thats one paintball gun that WILL get you shot if you arent careful. Innovative design, I think better batteries or a micro engine will make that a sure winner.

Have you guys tested it in below freezing conditions? I want to know how the battery pack holds up in winter weather. Just something to think about when you're drawing up specs for the release date. :)
