i think a better idea would be air "injections" just put gas in the gun and dont worry about the tank.
but i think my freestyle with a 45.45 is just right. its the hoppesr they need to work on.

you dont have to take it in. the internals are basically just R/C car parts.

I think it looks sweet, I like the idea, I admire the guts it took to bring out the first of a new product line, knowing full well that the competition will improve on your idea, and I will buy one, and use it on the field.

i gues i dotn see it as a big deal sicne we have all day air at our field and a compressor.
and for $250! U GOTTA BE OUT OF UR MIND TO BUY ONE.
they may be colelctable to a point where theyr rare but not really a turning point in the sport. and def not more importnatn than pump to semi.

I guess you are missing the entire thing that makes this gun so unique. It is brand new technology. How good do you think the first semi cocker was? It sucked. Look how much they have expanded, now cockers can shoot pretty damn fast and are so much more reliable. This gun opened up lots of possiblities.

I dont think this operates the same way as aeg airsoft guns do, if it did i think we would of seen pump spring guns awhile ago, and if it does operate like aeg's i want a spring paintball gun.

Hrm, I think it's pretty cool. It's not about the looks, performance, or limitations but more about the evolution of the equipment we'll one day use. Sometimes, people are too quick to judge something just by the looks or comparing it to the hottest thing out now. It's a new technology that is the first step in changing the mechanics of pb guns...how can you not admire that? People complain or wonder about what's the next big thing in pb...they see this and laugh but they don't realize that they might be looking at it right now.

this isnt going to catch on. it will sell to woodsball newbies, or to a few people who want a unique gun. first of all its slow (relatively speaking) and its battery life is horrible. a tourney baller would need a new battery a game, or even more. plus the thing is ugly and exceedingly bulky, has a single trigger, and is held like a rifle, not a paintball marker. it would not sell to anyone with even half a year of experience. however, this could very well be the future of paintball. this is the first of what may be a new and successful line, and it stands to reason that it wont be very practical. if the battery size is reduced, restyled to be more appealing, ROF increased, shots per charge increased and/or charging speed increased, non-ca markers may become common. however it will be a long while before that could happen.

                      Yeah actually musik's right.

I think this thing looks like crap, is slow, has crappy battery life etc, but it would be very cool to own. Defently for screwing around the house so you dont have to go get a fill or whatever.
Actually.. wow.. I'd like to have like 4 or so of these, I could play paintball around the house with my friends and not worry about gas.

But there is no way I could actually play with one, its more of a 'toy'.

This will defently be a collectors items in years to come I think.

HOLY #&$^!!! That's awesome!!! It's probably similar to an airsoft gun, as said earlier. However, I've seen an airsoft gun rip before... (M16-M203 Replica; Hella fast for airsoft) So, we could get somewhere in the near future to make all the spray'n'prayers happy... I also invision battery pods... I'll need about 3... Haha. Shows how wasteful I am.

well whatever....i am going to shooting people who try to use this gun , it looks HUGE.
and i can see it being used more for drive bys and such bewcause now you dont even need to get your tank filled.
Actually I kinda like it. Almost looks like a P90 got raped by a FAMAS. Love the picatinny top.

I bet it works similar to airsoft AEG's

So what happens to the good air companies like Crossfire once this technology takes over? They'll just go out of business unless they start making batteries or something.

And oh yeah, this gun is ugly as hell.

Same thing that companies that made 8 track players and 5.25 floppy disks did... You either roll with the industry and adapt or you die... Its not like it would happen overnight... Even if this did become all the rage I bet 10 years from now you would still be able to buy HPA... How many companies dont exist anymore cause the technology changed??? millions i'm willing to bet...

The differnce between the first autococker and this is that the technology existed to improve the autococker design. Many things can be improved in this gun, but to my knowledge there are no affordable batteries with enough power to accelerate a paintball to 300 fps and remain small enough to be practical in tournament use. Also, the disadvantages of batteries remain even if such a battery were to be created.

It is a cool idea, but don't expect to see battery powered guns in tournaments for a very long time.
