YES, you will HAVE to go to another shop to get it right. Do you know anyone who can give you references? Also, be sure they know what they need to do. Who painted it in the first place? Can they repaint it?

that sucks shartley... my parents went through the same paint-matching dilema with our minivan... 6 times into the shop before they could match the damn STOCK RED PAINT!

Eh, body work is a very compeditive venture. They try to get away with what they can but need to keep a good rep to keep the customers coming back... poor strategy if you ask me.. The shop that did my mustang has since been taken off of the list of "perfered repair shops" by the Inshurance companies. I have no clue what they are are like now a days, I haven't been back.
