a kid wants to fight me?

Sam im not saying that it is their backgrounds fault that they commit crimes it is the person who commits the crime who is responsible. But when peopel make racist coments like "guns dont kill peopel minorites do" then isnt that stament taking the blame off the individual and saying that it is the races fault? Im not trying to put the blame on anyone but the person who commits the crime all i was trying to say is that its not a persons race that makes them commit a crime. But a persons back ground and up bringing does affect them more then their race. Everyone has the chance to better them selves no matter where they live but some peopel are lazy and dont want to work harder to do it so they take the easy way out by robbing some one or selling crack. That is their fault for doing it but if they were put in a situation where they didnt have to work hard to make something of themselves would they still rob gas stations and sell crack? Ultimatly it is the persons fault and NO ONE elses im also pretty sure that it will never be fixed as long as there are ghettos in my opinon who ever lives there will have a higher crime rate it is just human nature to take the easiest way out. By that staement i was not saying that human nature is to blame i am still blaming the person who commits the crime.

I can agree with most of that. I only disagree on some minor points, but not worth going over.

dude now hes threatining me that if i wont meet him to fight hes just gonna get his friends to beat me up at school? i dont even know him he just started cursing at me on aim? i dont know what to do i dont want to fight him because its a pretty stupid thing to fight over? but hes just gonna try and get his friends to jump me if i dont? its pretty stupid. and no i didnt even know that minorities can mean racist things? i thought the thing meant guns dont kill people dangerous minors do thats what i thought it ment by minorities?

Actually to PROFILE you need more than one case. It must be a pattern, and one action does not a pattern make.

Profiling will ALWAYS be a good tool, but those who use it must not ABUSE it.
