If i were the kid gitting beat i would do the fallowing:

DAY ONE
1. Tell my best friend to tell the ars kiker to meet me (anywere)
2. Buy a good deal of bud.
3. Buy, steel, borrow a good bong.

DAY TWO (confrontation day)
now this can go one of two ways, the first (my faverate):
1. skip school
2. blaze before meeting him
3. when you meet him make sure tons of people are watching, and say something derogotory to him, his mom, his sister, and his race.
4. then go directally into the feetal position and take the beating

the second is (nobody is around for this one):
1. bring the bud and bong to the bully and offer to hit it with him
2. hopefully he agrees and dosent just beat you and take it
3. you just made a new friend

wether or not to fight him basically rest on what he would do if you beat him. If he and loads of his friends would jump you, then dont fight. If youve got lots of friends, or can take on like 6 people at a time, then go for it. anway, idk if its a good reason to fight. Alot of people fight just to fight. It is kinda fun after all, till you break jaws.

Thro dem bows. If he really wants to fight you that bad then do it. Just make sure that he makes the first punch. SO then he started the fight. But when you do take a swing if he ducks and has his head down, then beat his ***. Just keep throwin till he goes down, leave your mark(ie.Black eye,bloody nose, or something of the sort) and walk away.

no i havnt even heard from the pussy. never got a beating. and even if i did go and fight him i would try and win. i am pretty tough for my age. but i dont even know the kid. he isnt very smart for all he knows i could be like 25

Ok, don't get all tough now. You had a distinctly more nervous attitude when you thought this guy was coming for you. Just be glad it didn't happen, and learn something from it. I'm glad it all worked out.

this is sorta related.
the prelude to this story, I'm 6,2 and a little over 200lbs and I'm pretty built, body to fat ratio is slim.

so this guy backs out of a parking lot FAST in a halfmoon and almost hits us withthe back of his car. then drives to the edge of the parking lot and where you exit to the main road. Well he's truning right and we're turning left. So we pull up in the blazer and pull out just a little so they he couldn't see around us, we did it on purpose. And he starts cussing at us. Promptly I roll down our window and point and say "roll up your window and go, you don't want any of this" the fool motions me to bring it. I unbuckled and opened the car door. the kids eyes got BIG. He knew he was in for trouble. So he cracks his door and is undecisive wether he should get out of hte car or not. I point at him again and tell him to go to the DOT and tell them he needs to retake his driving test and better leave cause he don't want a piece of this. LOL just then there's a gap in traffic he closes the door and floors it I was laughing so hard. Bet he'll think twice before he goes mouthing off to someone again.
Gotta put these ppl in their place, scare them once in a while. It's good for them.

shartley- i agree with looking from others' perspectives, and i think that's really important.

another scenario could have been that he got out of the car and decided to actually stand up for himself because he was picked on when he was younger. heat beat the crap out of him, and he became even more insecure with himself. or maybe he found out his girlfriend was in the hospital and wanted to get to her fast. gotta think about these things...everyone should realize your life isn't the only one that goes on. i mean, how many times have you just had really bad days and someone interpretted you as crossing their precious line when in reality you're just trying to cope with your current day. sigh..violence is so stupid...because nobody really thinks from others' perspectives. my opinion anyway..

Were we having this conversation 70 years ago, I would have been the minority you were talking about (Italian). We were "all" of the bootleggers and killers in Chicago. 20 years before that, we would have been talking about the Irish. 20 years from now, we may be talking about Latinos or Asians. This is kind of America's pattern. Downtrodden move in, build community, build political muscle, move to the suburbs and the next group enters.

Threatening that guy must really have impressed your girlfriend right? I can threaten a 12 year old noob on the field and scare him out of the sport or I can give him a thrill and once during the day let him shoot someone toting a real high end marker and feel great about himself. I was in my share of fights in school and college, but now I have way to much to lose. What if he had gotten out and you pummeled him. You could have been arrested and sued. Would your satisfaction at beating up a smaller guy made it worthwhile?

All of your actions have consequences! Unfortunately most people don't think of that when they commit their crimes. A little over a month ago, a piece of trash robbed the bank branch in the office I work in. He then robbed 3 other banks. This morning, he was on the cover of the Gloucester County Times (NJ) with a few police officers standing on him. This waste of humanity is going to spend the next 25 years+ of his life in a federal prison with no chance of parole for a few thousand dollars. Do you think he thought his actions through? Crime is caused by a minority of people, the minoties that don't think about the consequences their actions bring. BTW, he was white.
