Actually yes. I would have smiled my biggest cheesiest grin. First, It would probably have pissed him off even more then taking his bait and fighting. Second I have way too much to lose by getting in a fight in a parking lot with some loser who needs that validation to make his life complete!

Heat, I'll use me for an example that no matter what your size is, there's always somebody (who most likely isn't as big or doesn't look like he can do much) that'll make you wish you never made the mistake to look at him. I probably wouldn't of bothered to take my time to step out and kick your ***. I would've shot you. If I did decide to step out, you would've taken an object piercing your skin very deeply.

Does that make me more of a "man"? No, but it puts you on the ground bleeding. Who's laughing about it now? And in my extreme anger issues, I wouldn't of thought about it twice.

Does fighting even make a person a "man"? I don't think so. I've gotten in countless, and I mean countless fights. Been stabbed and even had my house shot at because I thought it did make me more of a man. What it showed me was the point that I made in the beginning of the post was true. Think about it before stepping out on some little guy. His balls may be bigger than yours. Or his temper a little worse.

Heat...I happen to be one of those type of ppl who carries a firearm and have a concealed handgun license..if you would of stepped up to me like that I wouldn't hesitate to drop you like a stack of dimes. I would suggest you be careful how you confront ppl..as you never know if they're packing or not.

You are all starting to play what if's again. The fact of the matter was I was higher on the food chain. YOU weren't in the car so you can what if all you want, I wasn't talking to any of you in that car. But then again, none of you would have cussed me out right?

oh yeah, I'm VERY PRO gun but magman and kendog those were both good examples where pulling a gun would have ended you in court and a permanent loss of your gun license, problably more. And those comments are what is getting the gun ban to move closer to instatement. Plus if you would have shot me, then there would have been attempted murder charges, cause self defence doesn't apply unless I touch you first, which I had no intension of doing.

You guys make me smile...

I wonder how many of you have encountered someone liek me before and that why you are posting in this thread right now.

Actually self defense is allowable when you are in fear of imminent danger to your person. I don't have to wait for you to beat on me to shoot you. You need only keep coming after I point it at you and tell you to stop advancing. Then I would have been judged by 12 as to my intentions while you were carried to the cemetary by 6 of your friends or relatives. No matter how tough you are, only a fool argues with a gun!

Try and read my posts! I was concerned more for your well-being, both physically and financially. Getting shot or sued over a confrontation is plain old dumb! You could lose everything you have worked for in a lawsuit to that little weasal that started everything. Or you could end up in a hospital bleeding!

Either way, that little geek wasn't worth the time or trouble!

I'd go to prison, as I have no license. You would be dead. And your friends in the car would probably be too unless they got outta there. Really, I wouldn't care about prison at the time being.
