Breg alerts the president, but Paint Magnet points out that he failed to mention from what country. Failing to indicate a specific country automatically means that you intended to say the President of Etheopia. Etheopia does not have any global intercontinental ballistic thermonuclear warheads and therefore Breg is deducted 1 billion points x infinity. Undaunted, Etheopia launches a barrage of bottle rockets against Mars, and intergalactic war breaks loose.
