Well the difference is the French. The French of 230 years ago were brave people willing to fight and sacrifice. The French of WWII and today do not fight. They surrender and wait to be rescued! Big difference. It is a crying shame people like Chirac are disgracing the legacy of their nation.

Chirac refused to join in Iraq because the war on terror was wrong there, yet now France is being targeted by Islamic terrorists anyway! Wonder how long it will be until they surrender to the terrorists like the Spanish did!
