Cutting the front down to 8" is no problem but would you leave the back of the rail the same?

Well I asked for this so I'm in for one. Any chance these are pump milled? Do you think the foregrip mount would interfere with a pump?

These can be pump milled but it does not come standard with it.
The Picatinny rail foregrip mount would be a separate project and I would have to do a pre-order on it because I have my doubts that people will want it.
I dont see how you could set the Picatinny rail with the pump parts(?)

Out of curiosity, would a typical pitcanny foregrip be compatible with the rail? Or would it be require the special mount.?

Not really sure what your asking(?)

But, in order to use a MIL-STD-1913 foregrip it requires a Picatinny rail.

Oh so the pitcanny at the bottom rail is the mount. Sorry it was a misunderstanding on my end.

When this goes into production, I'm pretty sure we'll get at least the minimum. Along with the rail, I'm gonna place the order for the mount, it was the whole package that sold me. So, I'll definitely buy it bundled together.

These will have to be sold separately and done as individual projects. The pre-order for the Picatinny rail mount would need to be much larger than the five rails, it's just a different animal. I've streamlined rail production so much that it has allowed me to get away with much smaller production numbers, but that doesn't translate to most other projects.
