Paintball at your High School?

dont the waivers at feilds basically say "i promise not to sue no matter what happens within this building" cept all long and legal like? how does that not hold legal value? ive seen enough peoples court to know that if a paper saying that came to light the case would be dismissed unless there was lots of misconduct at the feild or something

would you mind giving me a few pointers on how to approach my administration at school? I would really like to start a club here at my school but im not exactly sure how to go about it. would you mind giving me a quick run thru of how you started this club?

My school does do a paintball trip I think 2 times a year, as like a reward thing, but then again I goto a school where you can go if your grades where... lets just say not soooo good, but lots of crap happend last year. Anyway, the school does like a little trip every other friday, as like a reward, its pretty strange but pretty cool, and we get to go play paintball atleast twice a year. Lol no one at my school plays more than 3 times a years their all noobs with rental stuff I can't wait its gonna be so fun(im new to the school but from what I gather from teachers and students, all the info stated above is correct)!

i go to a private school so you might have it a lil tufer,
i got the list of names of who wanted to do it
found a teacher who wasnt scared of it, bribe em if u have to
showed stats
offerd ideas for fundraising and plans for practices n stuff
(since we have a strict dress code we can sell tickets for free dress , youll need something else)
then win something they can display

The thing about school teams is that they might make rules about your team and things like that. Also even though your school is supporting the team they dont give you gear.

this year i founded the paintball club at my high school, lots of work, but well worth it (got a sponsorship out of it and just introducing ppl to the sport is awesome)

i tried once and the sprots derector said pb wasnt a sport

i had to explain 2 him for like 10 min and in the end he said no

i think skools think out pb as a violent sport, well let me tell u sumthin , this week 6 PEOPLE got broke/ sprained sumthin in football , i hardly ever hear of any ingerys in pb , i think my skool is dumb , i cant wait till the sports derector retires , then i will habe another shot
