When you get the time to change the exel sheets please don;'t forget to change my order accordingly, just a reminder

I requested that my ano color be changed to Gloss Gun Metal Grey
I sent in a RPG Chimera Frame to be striped and ano'd (+$35)
and would like to add a 10" Pro-series Armson Barrel in Gloss Gun Metal Grey (+40)

I got the gun back from RRF and there are a few adjustments that need to be made .

As soon as the lathe opens up im going to make 2 new bodies with the corrections and give it back to RRF .

We are trying to get everything to stock specs so the end user wont have to make tons of adjustments like bodies of the past .

He put the gun together and put a bunch of paint though it but the adjustments he had to make to get it running pretty much warrents moving things around in the body .

This lathe should be done thursday night or friday morning and i will jump back on it then .

                Any updates ?

is that the final height and length for the body? it is much taller and longer than i had imagined.

                    in for updates as well!

It can't be much taller nor longer due to tollerances and functionality- I would guess that the hight of the marker itself would be the same as any mag with rail with and an additional 1/8" around, it's not a UL body after all, and don't forget to add the rail on the back. Length wise has to be the same as any other AC threaded body because the valve has to sit in the back correctly so the sear trips and screws fit. There also has to be space for the bolt to sit at rest with the spring, a breech where the balls load, and a front end with threading.

Likely, the body is the size you're thinking in your head (think squared off xmag). Curvature of the camera lens is distorting pictures a little bit, as is shadowing from the flash.

Hope that sort of answers the question- I haven't seen any details on exact measurements.

With that said It'd be nice to know the status of prototype #2 seeing how the machines were supposed to be "free" a week ago thanksgiving, maybe it's been finished or maybe it's half done? Likely not at all I suppose...

#2 body has come and gone and now #3 has a couple more changes on it and is going to RRF at 9:30 in the morning for final testing before they go on the machines .

I will let RRF know i need it back asap but i just wanted to make sure everything fit right before making a bunch of bodies with stupid issues .

After making these bodies i now understand why everyone makes mag bodies from agd blank tubes and not solid billet . I didnt really know that before starting this project .

I will try to update you guys more often .
