After I finish a partial load and overestimate the capacity of my new Ricochet, I stuff the 20 or so paintballs still in the pod in my pack just as a kid with a 98 flatline'd and cyclone fed runs up.

Kid: Hey, do you have a spare pod?

He'd been hanging around where my friend and I were hole'd up and he was making a difference with his shooting. Not being a jerk I offered what I had.

Almost immediately after poding up he points his marker to the ground and fires off 4 shots.

Me: Don't waste it! We have to hold this corner for 10 more minutes!

Kid: I had to advance the cyclone feed.

Me: That's what the manual assist is for?

He just turned his back on me and went to the other corner of the building.

I'm glad I gave him the dregs of that one pod, and not the last full one I had on my back...
I ended up using that pod anyway, so it's good that I kept it.

At the chrono range before the games there was a guy having issues with his DM whatever and a few more people with electros and such.

I chrono up and my friend checks his e-mag and after we get them dialed in I let loose a RT string to a helmet in the middle of the range and my friend does the same, none of us missing a shot.
It silenced the shooting and everyone turned and looked at us.

"Ok, sock on, lets hit it up!"

And we didn't hear them resume shooting until we were well away from the range

Anyways, my favorite quote of the day was from a fellow with an old Piranha Longbarrel in which the feedneck was popped off and he was single loading 1 at a time directly into the chamber.

He rolls out, takes a shot, rolls back in, then while reloading spouts "Check your FACE!!!", rolls out again, takes another shot, rolls back in and is like "Yeah, another gog!"

Later I saw him out in the open trying to get a bunch of noobs to move up. He was with some guy with an autococker and another with an A-5.
He yells back:
"Move up! Move up! They aren't shooting at me so it means the area is safe!"
Just then he gets hit square in the chest from some random shot totally destroying what he just said.
"Well they hit me but they aren't shooting at these other two! So MOVE UP!!!"
