One idea is to give current magowners the opportunity to buy a "shell" basically everything except the xvalve so they can just switch in their xvalve between their current AGD marker and this one since they may use their other marker primarily in speedball and this one in scenarios. You could mill the intelli to be unique to this one, etc, give all the parts a real unique identity from normal drop-in mag parts.
Offer this shell $150 less than the one with xvalves. This means AGD would still keep the profits since the costs of making an X/lvl 10/ult valve would maybe be 150 or more and you wouldn't have to devote resources to manufacturing them, meaning the total number released initially could be higher since you could make 300 kits, 150 with valves and 150 without, instead of producing 200-225 all with xvalves. Seems Xvalves is what slows you down in production anyways... this allows a quick market entry.
Just a thought, and an interesting way to market it (almost frankensteinish) as well as a way to give current X-owners a price break without losing profits and actually facilitating a quicker saturation in the market.
