My X-Mag Nightmare...yes..I said an X-Mag nightmare...people don't pay $1300 for a marker that has to sit on a shelf or get told "well..just send it back and we'll replace two whatzits and a doohickey for you and that should (yes...should) replace the problem"...sorry..doesn't cut the mustard...I don't wait a year and plunk down $1300 to received a gun that not only isn't allowed on any tournament field on the country but also didn't seem to go through any QA testing whatsoever.. yes..yes..yes..I know...3.2...change the HES..blah blah blah...if you knew that why didn't you change it at the factory...oh..they didn't know...then why did my new X-Mag come with 1400 shots on it from the factory but only two shots on the printout from the Pact Chronograph...if you took 1400 shots on the gun you'd think you could realize that if you pulled the trigger and held it the gun would go runaway...so someone explain that to me for a minute...am I frustrated...do I like the fact that I'm considering selling the gun and walking away from AGD and this forum because of the slap in the face i think this is...yes...i do...now I'm not saying I'm the only one with this problem...because I know I'm not...I'm just the most vocal...

yeah im not a fan of the xmag either. to me there an emag with fancy milling and ace(because they are) and cost way more.

For $1300, you have every right to expect better quality control. The things that bug me about this are the 1400 shots on the counter, and the fact that it was sent out with a runaway issue.
Is this just a AGD issue, or an issue industry-wide? Didn't you receive a new NYX that was missing parts needed to operate?Comment

My gun should be here tomorrow. I like Dirty Bunny paid a LARGE amount of money for it which i dont choose to disclose in this forum, but regardless....
i will not open the box until i have called you and have some verbal guarantee that it will work as well as a written one. If i can not recieve one i will RTS the box and ship it back to you and ask for a full refund due to faulty product.

this lack of QA has made me feel like i have eaten mud. I dont want to recieve a gun that paid a lot of money, a lot of HARD EARNED money for and find that i cant take it on the tourney field in E mode. There should be some sort of restitution made or some sort of way to fix this. I dont want to have to say "I dont want this gun i paid you for and gave you money for"
I love agd. I love their products. Dont make me choose to take a step away from them. Find a solution that will make the Xmag owners out there happy.

So this run away in e-mode will it stop after u have re-leased the trigger? or does it keep going?? I to would like to know if my gun will be coming with this problem im in the next batch and have already gotton the call. Y are u guys allowing your product go out faulty like this?? Isnt agd suposed to be quality products??? If they need to fexex parts or whatever we have folks here in vegas (Including myself) that I am sure would let agd send them to them and bring them out to the event.

Not for nothing, but you start 5 threads on getting the gun, 3 threads on having the gun and god knows how many threads on your little "problem" and you see fit to start yet another thread just to piss and moan about it. Why don't you do us a favor and walk away from paintball entirely? Please. I am sure that there is more than just you having this problem, and it is not the end of the world, so suck it up and deal. People pay 1300 and more for guns and they all don't come out perfect. My first X wouldn't shoot all the time. I took it to AGD at IAO and they kinda fixed the problem. It happens again and I take it to the Tunaman and he fixes it. I spent just as much as you, but I didn't waste everyone's time with useless post about how I was wronged by AGD. I got a timmy from bob long a while ago it didint work, I sent it in they fixed it for free and paid all shipping. You see it was as simple as that cause I emailed them...

I feel for you man you been waiting at least eight months for this gun and the first one is the wrong anno and the second one can't even be played with at a tourney and you shouldn't have to settle with it anyway. If he is playing in vegas taking it there wont do him much good he still wont have it ready in time.
And to those guys who say just suck it up and send it back and stop whinning, I say stop bending over and taking it when you have a problem. You don't drop $1,300+ on a marker from a company who's motto is "Quality always shoots straight" and just grin and bare it till they can fix your year wait gun. I seriously doubt he would of posted if AGD said hey wait your gun is acting up give us a week even a month extra and we will have it in perfect working order. But he gets the thing and bam it wont work as it's intended.
