    yes he has a point but has he even tried to contact AGD to give them a chance to fix it?

    also about your car stuff. they have problems before they even reach the dealer and they know about them but dont fix them unless you complain about it. there called bulletins. supposidly "minor" problems but still problems

          Poop happens!

          My X has been through two ace boards. I spent MORE then $1300 on it. Did I whine or post?

          NO. I called AGD. They Happily took care of me. They put me in the front of the line and returned it to me very quickly. I was X-less for a very short time.

          Now if my X would just stop eating detents!

              I've just sat back and read a lot of what people had read..and although I appreciate the comments I think that a few of the people with the biggest flames were also those who are most ignorant to the real situation.

              I did contact several people about the problem (and you know who you are) and I feel like after paying $1300 for something I have a right to be mad, angry and whine all I want...if you don't agree...fine...don't read my thread and don't respond.

              I should not have to prove my case to anyone. I feel like I got horrible customer service from a company I used to respect and it's my right as a person and a consumer to feel that way.

                  Then you don't know Tuna. This is a man who will work on your mag at the drop of the hat. He stayed up late flashing X-Mags while everyone else was out partying. He fixed many mags so that people could keep playing. Plus you can't beat his prices so if you choose not to purchase from him, it is your loss!

                        Well for the most part until now I had agreed with all you said. That part I cannot totaly agree with, except the part where you have a right ot feel frustrated, is the "I have recieved horrible Customer service". I do not so far believe you have recieved any or final customer service ...yet... let alone horrible. Slow maybe but yet your not giving much here either. You are still recieving it... but at no point yet have you directly adressed it to tech until this was pointed out to them. I have and several others have pointed it out and were dealing with it for you. And AGD first saw it here due to our direction for them to look. But you have not directly asked for it to AGD and I and several others were doing so on your behalf. Which we do all the time as Tom does not get to scan everything so we do alert him to stuff that needs his attention. BUT! If you want to now say that its "exhausted" and that we are saying that we have done all we can do then that would be wrong. We have just begun to do the customer service on this. And we have not seen the marker back to the techs to do anything to it. I am a bit astonished and dissapointed in that statement at this point. I really did not expect for you to take that approach so early. Because I do not believe it's true at all.

                        That marker can be corrected. However lets use the analogy before that others used. You had a brand new car that failed to start after you got home. You would have to at least let them take it in to the shop to fix it! You could not refuse to open the garage door for them so they could work on it and then accuse them of horrible customer service because the next day it still would't start! Gimme a break here Bunny. Think about what your saying there. Dissapointed and pissed off does not make it right to be unreasonable about letting AGD fix it. You have a right to be pissed but it's self defeating to your whole argument and position if you hold the problem hostage after that point and refuse any further attempts to make it right. You take away your argument of no customer service or horrible customer service if you do not attempt to recieve it.

                        I believe, if I recall correctly, you recieved a broken brand new marker from another company just a few months back and yet you shipped it back to be replaced. Was that not you? And yet you then bragged about that customer service because they replaced it. But you called them and then sent it back! Remember? Have you done the same here? Nope....
