DB no offense, but every thread that i read of yours is about you whining about a product. if i got an xmag, i would be happy with it even if it did go fullauto. its an easy fix, and AGD is a very reliable company, so dont go trashin them.

Care to support that claim at all, Warped? All I see is a potential bug in brand-new software and one extraordinarily impatient customer.

Seriously, man, why does someone with such a hard-on against AGD stick around here? Isn't there a Smart Parts forum somewhere?

I don't know if this helps at all about anything to do with the problem but I had my E flashed with 3.2 at Cup when it was first released and have not had a problem with it in any way since the flash. I understand this is/could be an individual board/part problem but in the hopes to help get the problem resolved, thats my little bit of feedback with my marker to date.

anno messups on most of the first Xmags
then DB is not the only one with this 3.2 thing. A majority of folks who got it and post here, have complained about the exact same thing!
Is AGD generally a good company? Yes.
They just need to step it up a touch on the quality of thier $1400 marker. Thier $900 marker seems ok, and thier mech guns just are workhorses!

WRONG!!!!!!!!! At AO SC there were DOZENS OF X-MAGS THERE!!! TWO HAD THE PROBLEM!! THAT IS IT! SO UNLESS YOU ARE A DEMOCRAT, THAT DOES NOT EQUAL A MAJORITY!! Actually the majority of them worked all day without a problem, mine included!!!!

Lets all take a chill pill and stop getting angry at a great company!

Instead of ripping AGD for a flawed board, lets get it fixed. Thought not everyone is having problems with 3.2 some are. Those who have problems can't be tossed aside, they must be fixed.

I am sending my gun in ASAP to get it checked over by the techs at AGD. Hopefully they can get some work done on the problem.. more so then by us whining about it here..

I guess sometimes you got to go against popular decry and go with the gut.

Interesting thing here is the early testing went well on this software. No one was promissed it when it came but it looked good early on. None of this was showing up that I heard about then. Yes a lot of the last ones are showing this. But that amounts to about 30 markers. And then a few ones flashed at SE AO and WC. Or perhaps its just getting back that they were. Its new info really. Again only been doing them for a few weeks to any amount. I bet no more than 60 emags/xmags have it on them at this point.

Repeat! We need a few of these back to Tom to look at and find out why. Could there have been some corruption in the software during transfer to the laptops or even the programmers? Could it be a batch of funky boards or HES's? Until we can return a few exhibiting this phenom we got nothing but speculation. Short term solution to get you up and running for the time being is to reflash to 2.4 or 1.37 as the case may be. We know they work and work fine for now. Easy to do that and easy to go back later. A little inconvenient I realize but quick and easy for the time being. but fact is mechanicaly these markers all work well. Just TOO WELL sometimes! LOL! But the LONG TERM fix is to get a few to look at. No sense speculating any further till that is done. We trying to get some of them together now and one is on the way as a matter of fact. In the mean time I suggest you get it reflashed to older versions and then wait on the results of the test ones. If you in a hurry that is. Then we can start again.

The Superbolt thing was before my time, so I can't really comment on it. I would ask, though, how widespread that problem was. My limited understanding--please correct me if I'm wrong--was that it was more or less confined to AO. Much like the rest of these issues, actually.

Also, I can see that others have experienced this problem. Hell, there's a good chance that I'll be experiencing it in a few days, as mine's on its way. Every other thread on this subject, though, has had a markedly different tone. Others with this problem seem to have displayed some semblence of patience while AGD works to get this ironed out.
