and as for my previous X-Mag that I rejected...I don't have to justify to anyone why I said no. I asked for a certain color...I was told it would be fine...it came back with a horrible anno and I said I'm not going to pay for it that way because that's not what I asked. Why did i switch to a single color then with my second one? I'll come out and say that I did not have faith in AGD and PK Selective to not screw up the second one so I chose, my self, to go with a simple single color so that there would be less of a chance for someone to screw up a "Blue" gun than a "Blue/Black" fade...

Btw, No one has ever acknowledged that they know the solution to the problem...and I can't have my gun sitting at AGD for a month so it can be the guinea pig to figure out what the problem is while everybody else guesses about the actual problem..

I'm not saying I will get better customer service anywhere else but I just feel like all of this is a "no win" situation for me...I'm sick and tired of being sick and tired...I should never have to justify my actions to anybody...

and at this point I really don't care...I'm sick of dealing with this gun...I'm sick of having to argue with people that i have a right to be angry...I'm about to say just forget about all of it and sell the gun and let someone else deal with the hassle...

I can assure you it will not be there for a month.

I do know "A" fix. But we need to check the HES as well. Those should take a day at most. If in doubt flashing to 2.4 for now will get you playing with it. Worst case scenario.

If you will send me the valve number I will arrange it all for you.

You can send it to AGD by any method you want and I will pay you the cost.

I will then follow up with AGD for all of that and see that it gets taken care of promptly and shipped back to you. If you would aprise me of the shipping tracking so I can tell when it gets there it would help me to know when to call them.

In a fairy tale world getting something perfect everytime would be great, but alas we are stuck here in real life. So if your just going to sell it, how much do you want for this "problem" gun? No need to "justify" anything, just asking for a price.

Oh and as to the comment about the problem being found at SE AO... not the case. It was several markers that were flashed and no one was prepared to figure out why. They just unflashed them Thinking they were just wanting to get back to playing. It was not until everyone got back and started compairing notes that anything came together. At the event no two of those people nor anyone else connected it. We in fact just now are. But again all of its speculation. It may VERY WELL not be a software thing. You might have a bad HES. So lets not act like we discovered something and withheld if from you. Everyone is purely speculating based on like now five markers and now comments coming in from a few more. All over the map. Nothing concrete to be concluding anything from. So its not the case at all that we knew of a problem at SE AO. We did not. And we still really do not! We may be talking about several different things happening in several different markers at this point. the fact is all this discussion has always been preferenced by we do not know yet.

#1- Nobody outside of me, Tunaman and Phil actually saw your Xmag. We turned it on, looked at it and put it away. That's it. How DARE you accuse us of that.

#2- BlackVCG is on the West Coast.

#3- I can comment how I see fit as I am protected by the first ammendment. Try and stop me. (I'm within the rules of the forum as well. So don't try and pull the flaming card out either.)

So here's my comment- switch the software, buy a new HES or sell the damned gun. There's NO reason for THIS MUCH drama over a freakin' gun. You had a problem. AGD offered to fix it. You don't like the solution. Who's problem is it now?

hmm, correct me if im wrong, but dirty bunny, you requested the 3.2 software, knowing that it had just come out, am i right? (ive been in iraq for the last long time so correct me if im wrong anywhere).

if thats the case, then how can you throw this fit when you wanted this software that hasnt had all the bugs put out of it yet? im not flaming, just saying that you have to realize that if you get something so new, dont be so surprised if something like this happens. you should be happy that everyone is so happy to help you.

Are you really asking for a response on a statement like that? yes..I did ask for 3.2 but when releasing any new software I am always under the impression that testing was done to stop problems such as these. I work for a software company so do I understand about bugs...but we also do testing to verify that any changes we make do not cripple our clients computer too..

ok, so youre telling me that your software company has always put out a perfect product, you never had to release a new version of anything you made, never ever had a bug in any of your software, tough to believe.....

I never said the software the company i work for produces is free of bugs...i just said that we have a QA department whos job it is to make sure any changes we do make don't cripple our clients computer...and I feel that this is something that never should have left the factory..

#1. I'm not accusing anybody of anything...no one has ever given me an answer as to why my gun came from the factory with 1400 shots on it...air or no air..that's not acceptable...especially when I received it with the problems it had..

#2. That's fine...but he's not the manufacturer and I don't know the guy so I'm not sending it to him...does he ever come to Tournaments out here? Is he the face of AGD on the west coast? No..sorry...i paid $1300 and I'm not sending it to someone I don't feel confident in..

#3. That's fine...but I shouldn't to pay one dollar out of my pocket to fix a gun that never should have been let out of the factory in teh first place...and I will sell the gun..and if it's such a problem for you stop posting responses..
