I would put the Level10 inside stickers in a slightly different catagory. Should AGD gotten permission to use the blue circle and the word "inside". Maybe, but I would put it under more of a parody than and outright thieft of design.

I agree, I don't think AGD was out to steal from Microsoft. Sure, they should have acuired the rights still, but I think it was meant more as parody.

actually, i think it is a different issue, because it was a parody. they changed the words on the logo as a joke. they didnt copy the design completely and sell it for profit.

I guess I realized what's been bothering me the whole time, It's that I'm sitting in moral judgement by criticizing Slade, for sitting in moral judgement of SBF by slamming SBF for sitting in moral judgement of hybrid.

I think they were free when you ordered a level 10 kit. By the time I bought my LX, Microsoft had stopped AGD.

I'd argue that Intel's IP was worthless since nobody can remember who the logo was from, and often attribute it to Microsoft.

Personally i really dont care about it i just find it exxtremely ironic and hypocritical that this example will get defended as expected due to it being the beloved AGD but persecuted when it is someone else.
I have nothing against what AGD did or Hybrd for that matter. They made their own bed.

Once again would the thread starter be considered the big hero if he informed Intel of AGD using their image. Would you praise him for it ? I think you wouldnt, he would be burned right out of this place.

Are you those people or is that speculation? Sword cuts both ways. Well I would argue there is a difference I would not defend AGD's action either. Nor have the people said here that AGD was right or Intel was wrong, they have pointed out the differences. You're trying to troll for a response you wanted, the defense of AGD. You did not get it, and then you responded like you had anyways.

Lst time I went to Hybrids site, they had removed all the contract killer grips that had been a stolen image. Other than that, I've heard nothing............
