Russell is working to squeeze the detent(s) in a little tighter. If we can get the clearance you'll have two detents and Warp Right to boot. No guarantee, but trying.. -

thats pretty cool. i bet he is trying to pulling magical numbers out of the air so to say....lol. but yea, thats going to be tough on him...it already appears to be pretty darn tight. but it would be very nice to get 2 in the end. but if that cant happen. could always make two detent holes. have a detet on the open side...and a thin cover/plug for the hole that is between the breech and body. thats only if you cant get some clearence for the second detent in warp setup.

Engus - You are totally on top of it. When it was originally engineered back in '93-ish we worked from Airgun drawings and only had room for one hole. Not knowing if we would actually need it at some point or not we left it in the body. As it turned out we didn't, but we kept it in the design "just in case". I'm still thinking that we can do a one screw (+ pinned) back bottle ASA. With a 13/3000 HPA tank and a 4" barrel...Originally posted by EngusI know am/mm rails had 2 holes for a backbottle, but the one hole has me stumped.

yes - we thought of the plug as well. Just an extra part for us to make though - more cost - and less of the smooth streamlined appearance.Originally posted by Chris Nearchosthats pretty cool. i bet he is trying to pulling magical numbers out of the air so to say....lol. but yea, thats going to be tough on him...it already appears to be pretty darn tight. but it would be very nice to get 2 in the end. but if that cant happen. could always make two detent holes. have a detet on the open side...and a thin cover/plug for the hole that is between the breech and body. thats only if you cant get some clearence for the second detent in warp setup.

quick random weird question...
i live in Mass-uh-chew-sets but have a second house in wells maine (which i will most likely be located in at the time)... is there any chance of coming and picking up my body in portland so i can personally thank you guys?Comment

Anyone is more than welcome to stop by and see us.......just ask looper who saw us yesterday. We are still unpacking and trying to get organized so it is a bit of a mess, but we have lots of parts and cool things for people to see. And of course we have lots of knowledge from the last 20 years so if you happen to come by when Forest is there it is likely you will be there for awhile.........Isn't that right Looper?Originally posted by dark bladethat is just screaming Sweet deal!...

I thought it was "Mass-holes" lol just kiddingComment

maybe, but then that would allow you to easily switch back and forth from warp right to warp right if you didn't have enough room for a full detent on the bottom side of the breech (between the breech and body).Originally posted by Forest_ptpyes - we thought of the plug as well. but you lady and gents know what your doing, so i will keep my mouth shut now. sorry for the late night rambling.

haha m*******s and mass-uh-chew-sets are two slightly different things..
i am proud to BE a mass-hole, yet i am FROM mass-uh-chew-sets... and just to clarify for everyone else, the reason i spell it the way i did is because i (yes me, and i live here) cannot even spell my own state name half of the time.
I will surely be stopping by to pick up the body in person though, i want to thank you guys in person.Comment

you could even avoid the pin with an asa shaped like thisOriginally posted by Forest_ptpEngus - You are totally on top of it. I know angel detents have been part of the plan all along, but a different style could be fine if it adds function to a single breech. like maybe short wire detentsOriginally posted by Forest_ptpRussell is working to squeeze the detent(s) in a little tighter. No - it's a good idea Chris - exactly what we were thinking - just trying to balance everything out.Originally posted by Chris Nearchosmaybe, but then that would allow you to easily switch back and forth from warp right to warp right if you didn't have enough room for a full detent on the bottom side of the breech (between the breech and body).
